LOL, if I am awake at the same time as my hamster, she assumes it's time to play or snuggle. As soon as I wake up she's staring at me like "Mommy!" (although she's pretty blind now in her old age, so sometimes she just stares in my general direction)

My friend's dog is going deaf in her old age and has a lazy eye... I shouldn't be laughing at the thought, but sometimes when she's happy her eye rolls back and it's like "Oh!...Good girl?" XD;;;
