Hey everyone, nice to see there's a support thread like this. Over the past 6 months I've gone from 145lbs to 110lbs (And losing), at first, for the first 4 months from healthy eating and exercising but as time, and issues occurred more often, I now literally lose strictly because I don't eat. I feel sick thinking about food, and even though I'm 5'4, and the weight I am, I honestly think I'm still
too big. @_@;
I'm not sure how far my mind will take this eating problem I have, but I've been trying to resolve it, just not working. I might have one small meal a day, and I barely even drink water (I never drank anything else). ~_~; Any tips or tricks people commonly use that might boost ones confidence?
If it's serious, consider consulting someone about therapy for the disorder. It doesn't sound like it.
There are lots of things you can do. Never focus on what you don't like, focus on what you're good one, and improving it.
~ like say you look good in skirts. Take pride in that and enjoy it. that kind of thing.
Well muscle does weight more than fat. :3 But yeah, eating right can help you maintain a healthy weight. =3
