I kinda stopped fitnessing (which Im angry at) but it was a crazy week. Today sucked as hell too, but I wanna go at least for a half an hour...

aaaah why cant day have like at least 30 hours? maybe then I could manage to do everything that is needed :/

Thats what I would change. Make longer days, require less sleep, and smite timezones

Hey everyone, nice to see there's a support thread like this. Over the past 6 months I've gone from 145lbs to 110lbs (And losing), at first, for the first 4 months from healthy eating and exercising but as time, and issues occurred more often, I now literally lose strictly because I don't eat. I feel sick thinking about food, and even though I'm 5'4, and the weight I am, I honestly think I'm still too big. @_@;

I'm not sure how far my mind will take this eating problem I have, but I've been trying to resolve it, just not working. I might have one small meal a day, and I barely even drink water (I never drank anything else). ~_~; Any tips or tricks people commonly use that might boost ones confidence?

I'm underweight technically, but I can't gain any weight. I think it's the medication I'm on. But the doctor says I should be fine unless I drop another 5 pounds, then I should switch to something else. It's annoying because my mom is always going on about how I'm too skinny now. A year ago she was bitching at me for being "too fat" even though I wasn't even close to being overweight... but now I'm "too skinny". I can't win.

I still like to tone up though so I do like an hour of yoga a day. I love it. <3

If it's serious, consider consulting someone about therapy for the disorder. It doesn't sound like it.
There are lots of things you can do. Never focus on what you don't like, focus on what you're good one, and improving it.

~ like say you look good in skirts. Take pride in that and enjoy it. that kind of thing.

Well muscle does weight more than fat. :3 But yeah, eating right can help you maintain a healthy weight. =3

And I was once 150lbs! I've had no trouble losing the fat on my stomach, but my arms and legs...they need to be worked on! lol. What sort of exercises do you recommend I do for those two areas?

Zumba! Can also help. And jogging while holding some 3 lb weights will help with your arms. ^^
