Only if you were actually drunk or you are single, or both. Otherwise, you should be able to control yourself and not drink too much. Or, if you can help it, not drink at all. If you are in a relationship, you should only be sleeping with your partner.

You are fully capable of controlling your alcohol intake and you really should put yourself in a safe environment when you're learning what your limits are, so that you won't make a mistake of sleeping with someone or something like that. So there's no excuse for drunkenly sleeping with someone.

i dont think its a good excuse i have been s**t face drunk befor but never had sex with any one while being drunk now if some drug was sliped in to her drink then its not her falut but if she remembers getting it on with someone then clearly she was not a victium of date rape.

Its not an excuse at all! Its the person fault for getting drunk so therefore you knew things were gonna happen when you're drunk. You loose control.

the only way that excuse would work is if they were so drunk they passed out or were incapacitated and someone took advantage of them in that state.
