No. Being drunk doesn't make what you do not real. If you can't handle the consequences of being drunk, it's your job to not get drunk. Drinking is an adult activity and therefore one has to behave like a responsible adult when engaging in it.

Hell no. I'm a chick and got drunk several times and only one time up to the point where I fainted right after I got in bed (was with family at my house), but no matter how drunk you still have somewhat control over your body and mind, even if only partially. So, if you loved someone, you would probably sleep with them/conduct some rape lol, not cheat on them. Cheating like that is pure lust and can mean that the one that did it is not as in love with you as (s)he thought or that the physical part is not enough for them coming from you.
