Is it actually working for some people? The link you provided as well as the header's 'start' button just say that the event is not active. I wonder if it is only working on select accounts at the moment?

I'm a fan of both cute and horror, so it works well enough for me. I'm kinda interested in the Coral Ursadew too, I like that color. 3nodding
