I've parked myself in front of the fan going at high.
How're you this fine evening?
I got the heater on. LOL its now 59F here. Im on the East Coast USA. It was 79F earlier yesterday as its almost 3am for me.
Later today will be 80F. This weather needs to stop, Mother Nature needs to make up her mind! Is it Fall or still Summer.....geez.
Ah! You're on the opposite coast! I'm in sunny Southern California. The thermometer read 107F earlier this afternoon at work, and it's still 90F outside right now. lol

Geezu 107? that is way to hot. I cant take anything over 85F. I have a thyroid issue and it makes me so lazy and lethargic in hot weather. I get sleepy which is why I don't go outside much anymore if its to hot.

Ooo ouch. >.< Health conditions plus adverse weather/conditions suck.
Yeah, it's not fun. The only slight up side is that it's a dry heat; if we had humidity, too, it'd be game over for me. It's already a difficult transition from the air-conditioned inside of the building, to being smacked in the face with a wall of heat when going outside.
My wide-brim sun hat, portable neck fan, and giant flask of iced water are saving my life rn.
My area had the humidity in late July and early August. It was unbearable at the end of July for about a week straight. My son works out in it and he came home all red faced. I took him to the med express he had heat stroke. His work had to pay him for being off. It was crazy.
I told him no IDC your not going back til next week. Its to damn hot. You have a dr not keeping you out and since they are making you guys work they will have to pay you. And they did. He was out 2 weeks. He got to sit home in the a/c and relax for a while. When the heat streak broke he went back to work 2 days later. His boss was mad, I said listen here my son is not a damn number. He is a human and working in this heat is not good for anyone. I get people need tires done and roadside assistance, but he had a heat stroke. He couldn't work. You can be pissed, I can always get a lawyer! He backed off and now my son is treated like gold. I hate stepping in since he is grown but damnit that made me mad.
