I feel strongly about this.

If you are intending to copy and paste all her hard work, stop now. Step away, and
realize what you are intending. Cookie worked so hard on her stats sheet; it's what
inspired me to start my own spreadsheet. To take all her hard work, to copy and paste
it into your own spreadsheet just like that? If that's what you were thinking of doing,
shame on you. Shame on you for stealing all her hard work and feeling absolutely
no shame for it. She compiled all of that data herself and a lot of us appreciate the
dedication she had.

But given the context, I feel that is probably not the case. Even the mere thought
of pasting her work into your own sheet is shameful.

The level 50 kin stats spreadsheet already exists. There isn't a need for you to make
what's already been created. Hey, maybe Cookie would be okay with you borrowing
her work, but the two of you didn't even think to ask.

Sorry... We were just talking about it as an idea. Just that.
We are going to ask and I have deleted the list I had. None of it has been copied over I can tell you that.
We have full intention on asking but it is hard to really get a set plan when we both live in different timezones.
I'm sorry we have offended you and for friend, that was never meant to do any of that.

That could be, I normally don't miss posts but cannot remember either.

In any case, I did think about asking.
Which is why I said to my friend I would look into it first.
In fact I was thinking of asking your friend to continue the list in our spreadsheet instead if she wants to.
Because our spreadsheet is an attempt at providing as much info as possible in 1 place.
And having your friend help out would increase our "crew" which makes it easier as well.

On another note, the intention with our spreadsheet was to add stats about ALL Kin.
Which means any info available... sometimes level 1, sometimes level 15, sometimes level 50.
But the idea was to take the info from one of the topics here on Gaia, not your friend's spreadsheet.

The mentioning of the spreadsheet of your friend was merely as a thought IF or IF NOT we should add one of our own to our sheet, since your friend already has one.
We are just mostly discussing about what we should or could do.


I do think it is good you mentioned it 3nodding
And don't worry, most of the times we are tired too... which is why we don't always think about the hard work that has been put in.

But in first place, we just try to gather all info in a spreadsheet for our personal use.
But then again, why keep it to ourselves when other people can use it too ?

In any case, don't worry... I will ask your friend permission to use her data if we ever decide to add it !

Actually the idea was to use Sinfulcraft's (or her friend) topic info since I did get permission to use her data before.
So I was going to ask her again.
Which means we type it all in, so no copy/pasting.

Anyway, it is okay. We understand your beef and rightly so smile
We will not copy/paste her data.
I have already sent her a PM asking permission.

If we don't get permission, we will just put up a link to her topic & Sinfulcraft's here on Gaia instead.
Because I wouldn't want you to think we copy/pasted it anyway without permission.
(just to avoid discussions and angry feelings)


I do have the idea to perhaps instead make a sheet that contains:

- level 1 data
- level 15 data
- level 30 data


your friend doesn't have those, so would you have a problem with us making our page that way ?
And link to your friend for level 50 data ? ninja

Just letting you know I took down the "crew chat" in the spreadsheet.
We can discuss everything here anyway.

I turned it into links out.
So both good links for people to use and the sources we use are there.

As for the Level 50 stats page, I have taken it down.
There is a link out to the existing level 50 stats spreadsheet instead.
This to honor the request of meowology.

Oh yeah, you still need to check the ratings of the Top Kin in the "Earning Gold" page.
See if you find it okay or would change some things...

Like by damage amount from most to least, or grouping them by type. Or maybe health.
Keeping them in their star ranks of course.
Since the price will be constantly fluxing in market would make a horrible sort thing.
Just an idea, don't need to go with it.

That's what I was guessing, and went with it. Yay for being right!

I tried it on a different sheet and it didn't fully organize it, so did it by hand.

Also, did a text wrap with the level thing on the Leafkit part of the Starters page.
Is that what you were talking about doing?
