holy crap I sooooo effing sunburned. i put sunscreen on too...but i am just red. deep red. like tomato red. and in sooooooo much pain.

Aloe! Aloe and wash clothes you've gotten wet and cooled in the freezer! The worst burn I ever got was in Jamaica and I spent the rest of the trip doing that every night and it helped ssooo much.

ive been putting aloe on me. and are you saying i should soak my clothes and then freeze them for a while? sorry I oculdnt understand what you you said.

ANd you don't have to soak it, but get it wet, but not dripping, and put it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes so its icy but not stiff. What I did was have two rotating wash cloths. One for being on me, while the other was cooling ^_^

yay! its over! finally! even better the huge neighborhood yard sale is tomorrow! omg i am sooooo frekaing stoked! cant wait to see what great deals I can get. hopefully I'll find some good cooking stuff. like a dutch oven omg i want one. and maybe a one handed colander. Or a kitchenade mixer. or a double boiler. so many cool things to be found.

oh yeah. I got lots of cool stuff. well cool to me. found some great cooking stuff like the one handed colander i wanted. also got a grease screen, some brand new pants for my hubby, a small ish cat tree, and my hubby found a reloading part thing for a fifth of the price it is new. so we are happy. very fruitful. though I did burn really really bad. i am like lobster colored on my arm, neck, face and chest. it hurts so much. stupid sunscreen didnt do anything.
