im having the exact same issue! on chrome, lite version, only lag when im fighting sycamortes :^(

I found this thread that has some info on how to block the images of sycas and other kins via adblock. Maybe that'll help.

IT FIXED IT! I had to block the sprite animations for Sycamortes and it solved the slow down as far as I can tell. heart

Fix I found is that I used ADBlocker and I used a Topic which has the code to block Syca sprite animations and it stopped my slow down issues,

I put in on the "Add You Own Filters" tab in AdBlocker the code:
s.cdn.gaiaonline.com/images/petbattle/petbase/sycamorte/spritesheet.png

Welp, still have a small issue,

I was able to block the Sycamortes that are plain ones (White) but the code doesnt get the Phantom Sycamortes crying

Welp, still have a small issue,

I was able to block the Sycamortes that are plain ones (White) but the code doesnt get the Phantom Sycamortes crying

I fixed that! THANKS SO MUCH!
