Plague: The Awakening. [Private RP] (Saya & Chocolate ONLY)

Koji was starting to get angry himself. He said he was sorry just encase he had done something wrong, and she starts to snap at him. But when she started to cough he anger faded. He looked at her as she coughed and then she turned away and apologize. Koji frowned and looked in the back, his blanket was still back there for Yuki. "Hey, Yuki, pass that blanket up here please." He had one hand back there to grab the blanket. Once he got it he did his best to cover Poppy up with it using one hand and keeping his eyes on the road.

What was up with Poppy attitude, and she says he don't make sense. The KR1 was taking it's tole on her. She has had it for a long while. He was surprised she was still alive. He let out a sigh. It would be harder to hide the cough, which in turn means harder to hide the other symptoms. Koji let out a sigh.

Yuki watched and listened in confusion, but didn't ask questions, and then handed the blanket up when asked. He laid it over Poppy in an attempt to cover her - she didn't budge. Curious as most kids are, Yuki scooted to the side to try and see Poppy's reflection in the window; she wanted to see if there were any emotions. She expected her to be angry, but the expression that Poppy had, looked... defeated. "Are you sick?" she asked her, watching her reflection. They had said that it was the weather, but... Yuki could remember one of her best friends being very ill before she never saw them again.

Poppy's eyes closed - she was tired. "Yes." she said softly.

"How sick?" her curiosity was growing.

Surprisingly, she kept answering. "I'm... not really sure. Very, I guess..."

Yuki rolled the questions around in her head. Nothing was off limits, right? "How long have you been sick? Is it the plague? Are you going to die?" she asked them all so simply, that they didn't seem as harsh as they were worded.

"Summer of last year. Yes. And yes." her eyes closed, and Yuki took it as a signal that the conversation was over. Sitting back, she stared at the ceiling of the truck, and waited until they made it to their destination. They soon did, and she sat up straight; she noticed Poppy's eyes were open as well. And here Yuki thought that she had fallen asleep. Apparently not. Looking out of the windshield, she could see everyone getting out of their vehicles, ready to enter the building that was supposedly the library.

Koji turned off the truck and got out. He helped Yuki out first. "Don't say anything about poppy being sick okay. No one needs to know she has the plague." He whispered as he placed her on the ground. Though he figured she wouldn't say anything being as Koji and Poppy were obvious trying to keep it quiet. He then went around to Poppy's side and opened the door. "Are you going to want to come in or stay here in the truck? I'll leave it running so that the heater is on for you." He looked over at where everyone was, Erica was chatting with Pietro. Who seemed excited about getting to the library he has been saying he needed for ever now. Shou was stareing at the truck, at Poppy. As if daring her to come along. That managed to piss Koji off. He looked back at Poppy.

Closing her eyes for the drive made her feel a bit better, and relaxing seemed to push the fever back down to where she didn't feel it as much. She watched some of the group get out, then sat up to watch Koji help Yuki out while warning her. Then he went to her door and opened it as well, asking if she wanted to go inside or not. Taking a moment to think on it, she looked out of the windshield, only to find Shou staring at her - taunting her. Her eyes dart down immediately and she looked down at her lap. Her heart was beating rapidly. Fear.

"The... the library is big..." she said, slowly unbuckling herself, "I'll... I need to use the restroom; I know they have to have one..." And avoid everyone. Big cities scared her, packed with people or not; staying in the truck just wasn't an option for her. But she was scared of the group now too, so the only logical thing to do was keep her distance. Getting her seatbelt undone, she turned to face Koji, her head still hung in shame from the way she had been treating him. This plague was turning her into a monster. No one else that had it ever acted like this though! So why was she? There was a throbbing pain starting in her chest - it was emotional. Poppy, like many others, didn't take pleasure from being rude or cruel to others. This was a downward slope.

Koji helped Poppy out of the truck. "Dont worry about Shou. I'll walk with you til we find a restroom for you to use. I have nothing better to do in the library so if you want to look around for a book you might want to read, I'll walk with you." He closed the door and walked with Poppy over to where the others were waiting. He placed his hand on his gun and eyed Shou quickly, a warning to him, he got the hint it seems since he looked away. Koji kept his hand on his gun, there might be people in the library. They all made there way in and checked for any one else, then went to do there own thing, Koji walking with Poppy to find a restroom. He told Yuki she either come or stay with the group.

Pietro smiles as Koji and Poppy, along with Yuki join up with the rest of the group as they go to head in. It seems like most of them go their separate ways inside. Pietro's so captivated by all of the books, that at first, he doesn't know where to go. Then his mind reminds him; books that will help with research first - books for just regular reading pleasure can come later. Still pleased with being in such a large library to begin with, he smiles and looks to Erica, then at Wolf. "Shoo, shoo! Girl time. Her and I study. You go do... something macho or whatever!" He grabs up Erica's arm and hooks it onto his.

"Girl time? Macho?" wolf snorts as he laughs. Grinning, he says, "Fine, fine, whatever, princess. I need to scan the place anyway. Keep each other safe, and watch your backs." With that, he walks off, soon vanishing from sight.

Pietro looks to Erica again, "Don't tease me because I called myself a girl, alright? I'm hyper..." He begins to drag her along until they find the right section. "Alright, let's see... this section contains thirteen rows of shelves with what we need. You start here," he points to the area directly in front of them, "and I'll begin down there." Motioning the down at the thirteenth row with his hand. "Have fun! I know I will~!" Pietro released her and bolted down to the last row - row thirteen, picked out a random book, and began to look through it.

[[OOC: I'm easily amused with the fact that the word 'shoo' and 'Shou''s name sound the same. :3 It's like he was calling for Shou. xD ]]

Erica laughed when Pietro told Wolf to leave. Girl time. "How can I not tease you about calling yourself a girl? It was cute. Sorry but I just have to tease from time to time." She smile. He told her where to start looking on the books then where he would start. She gave a nod then got started as he walked away. She looked through the books. The ones she deemed to have useful information in them, she set aside and looked at another book.

It wasn't long before Shou came to them. He let out a sigh. "Have you two seen Kai and Rami. Kai got hyper about something, grabbed Rami and ran off. I can't seem to find him. Don't want to risk yelling out his name." Erica shook her head. "No we haven't seen them. Been lost in books." Shou rubbed his neck. "Stupid little brat is going to get hurt one of these days." He started to walk off.

Eirca looked over at Pietro. "Should one of use go help look for the two boys? Might make Shou feel better." She eyed Shou walking away. Julio must be looking for them too, probably not having any better luck then Shou.

Pietro could hear the conversation from his point, which was several bookcases away. As Shou spoke, he kept a hold of the book in his hand firmly and walked up to them, though it was a bit of a walk. Upon coming up to them, Shou went off about his little brother and walked off. Pietro blinked. "So... his brother is missing, is he?" he purses his lips for a moment in thought - something that he and Poppy share. Then, he closes his book entirely, places it on a random shelf and nods. "Yeah, I don't want the boys to get hurt anymore than he does. Let's help search." Giving a smile, he turned one direction. "I'll go this way, you go another." With a wave, he trotted off.

Erica gave a nod as she put her book down. Walked off in different direction the Pietro and Shou. This wasn't going to make Wolf very happy. Not only did she and Pietro move but their off by their selves. But between Koji, Wolf, Lou, Shou, and Julio. The place should be safe enough. She looked down every little hall of books that she pasted by, where in the world could they go? It may be a big building, but it couldn't be that big. Since Shou isn't risking, yelling the boys names, then she wasn't either. This would just take a long time.

Shou had been, what seemed like, over every inch of the Library and he still couldn't find his little brother. What was he thinking? Running off like he did. Shou stopped the rub his forehead a bit. This was irritating. Kai should be smarter then this. They checked a good portion of the Library but not all of it. That would have taken way to long. Now his brother's missing and Shou don't even know if there is other dangerous people in the building. He started to walk again looking down the halls of books and under every table.
Kai, you little idiot.

Pietro, like the other two, had spent quite a bit of time searching. He couldn't find them so far, and he was beginning to think that they were hiding themselves purposefully. If so, it didn't help any. He turned around a corner and grumbled, "Darn it, I've already been here!" Sighing, he picked up his speed, pretty much jogging now, and took off to find a different path. Pietro passed through several areas, and he had to take a break once, but he kept it up until he could find somewhere new. When he did, he started to slow down, but before he managed to get back to a walk, he crashed right into someone. That someone being Shou. "I just can't winnnnnnnnn." he groaned, right as it happened. "Sorry!" he spluttered out, directly after.

Shou was caught off guard when he got crashed into. It was Pietro. Shou couldn't help but laugh a little. "Your fine. I'm just as frustrated as you are, but I'm not ramming into people." Shou smiled as he put himself back on balance. "I already looked down here. I'm beginning to think they know where we are and are moving around to avoid us." He looked around. "I'll go down here." He gave a nod to indicate where.

He went to take a step past Pietro, when he tripped and fell on him. Being heavier and stronger. He sent them both to the ground. He didn't expect on how they landed. Their lips touched just briefly, before he managed to get off of Pietro. "S..Sorry. I'm a Klutz." He said as he sat back, embarrassed.

When Shou laughed at him, Pietro flushed pink with embarrassment. "D-don't you mock me!" he spluttered out, but he couldn't help but smile a little when Shou did. He thought a bit on what he said. "Yeah... I... was beginning to think that too. To be honest, they're probably watching all of us. Y'know, to make sure that they don't get found and caught..." The pink was fading from his cheeks as he looked around a bit, and then upward. There were many stories to these buildings - no pun intended - but the middle was open from the ground level and up, so that you could see the ceiling. He peered upward. With his calculations... they had to just be one story above them! Not only that, they had to be across from where they currently stood in order to keep watch! Pietro turned his head that direction right as Shou moved - and suddenly, they were on the ground. And Shou. Was. On. Top. Of. Him. And. Their. Lips. Touched. Heat shot through his body and his face lit red, his ears too. His eyes were wide and he was pretty much stunned. First kiss... that was his... it wasn't much... it could barely even be considered one, but... it was. "Eehherrr..."

His brain felt disfunctioned for the first time in his life. This never happened. He could always think clearly. He was very intelligent - always has been. Why can't he function correctly? What. Is. Going. On.

Shou looked over at Pietro after a while of silence. "Pietro? Are you okay?" Shou was all of a suddend worried about Pietro. Did he hurt him when he fell on him? He had no idea what was going on with the other man. He eyed him looking for some kind of injury, but found none at first sight. Maybe he should go get Erica, though if Pietro wasn't hurt it would be pointless.... Shock. That's whats wrong with him. Though it was only for a brief while, their lips had touched. It could be consired a kiss, with Pietro the way he was. It wouldn't surprise him at all if it was because he got kissed. And Shou is pretty sure that Poppy would have told her twin that Shou attacked her. Pietro probably hated him as much as Shou hated Poppy. "Should I go get Erica?"

Pietro sat there, trying to get his thoughts and emotions in order. He could feel something in his stomach, but it had nothing to do with the food that he had eaten, yet he couldn't make out what it was. His lips were tingling so much that he could only assume that they were hurt, but... that couldn't be the case. His body was warm, but he wasn't running a fever. Shou asked if he was okay. Was he? These bizarre symptoms told him no, he wasn't, but he was, wasn't he? He wasn't injured. So, what was the problem? Pietro felt a headache forming.

"Should I go get Erica?"

He could function a bit when hearing those words. One of his hands grabbed up one of Shou's. "N-no!" he hesitated, "I-I'm... not okay, but... I'm not injured." Did that even make sense? His eyes went from looking at Shou, to looking at the fact that he had grabbed his hand. Pietro's face flushed red again as he released his grip.
