xxxxSomewhere during all of this Jirou made sure to give his father a once over; he was expressionless just like his son (where do you think the boy got it from?) but Jirou could read him pretty well. His face didn’t change much during all of this, which meant he was not at all bothered by this idea of his son being in love with a royal. Something he too had to be trained against believing was right. Obviously, Yuikio held similar ideals as the Queen and her husband. Something he was already aware of, but was still relieved to be right about. Could he even detect a hint of a smile at his father’s mouth? Maybe he was dreaming it, but he could have sworn…

xxxxxHis attention diverted back to Amy as she spoke again, and he nodded solidly to her statement. She really was a wonderful woman, he could see where Sno got it from without much trouble. Donovan came over and Jirou turned to watch him as the hand clapped over his shoulder. His lips curled in a light smile; he was right. Sno could probably run the entire planet by herself if she really had to. Not like he would ever allow her to take such a responsibility on her own, but it was true. When he finished, a snorting sound got Jirou to look at his father again. The knight was chuckling. Jirou’s smile widened a little and he shook his head a bit, "It’s…nothing we do intentionally." he’d gotten that from Kiko before a few times, the fact he could creep people out by not doing anything. In fact, that’s what was creepy, she’d said. He didn’t do anything. In reality, Jirou was what you would call a ‘softie.’

xxxxHe gave a bow to Donovan before he left, and to Amy as well, "Thank you, your Highness. I…don’t think I could properly tell you what this meant to me." And he was completely and utterly sincere. The following day on Mercury was probably the best he’d had since he arrived; his head was still a jumble of thoughts but the grey raincloud that had settled over them was gone, giving him a far more stable head to sort this all out with. He would not lose Sno, that was the bottom line. Whatever he had to do to make that a reality would be done, simple as that.

~

xxxxSolar kept a pretty good eye on Sno the next day, despite not meeting her in the library. He could switch from form to form pretty easily thanks to Amy’s little contraption, and was curled up near the girl as often as possible as a cat, just to keep her company. He never said anything, just felt the need to be around her for support. Kiko’s brash nature wouldn’t allow the two to sit in the same room for long without the redhead falling into her ‘tough love’ and itching to know what the heck was going on. She, thankfully, was aware of this, and was trying to be as scarce as possible.

xxxxThe next day arrived and Solar was Taiyou again, meeting Sno at their scheduled time and place. He had a satchel around thin shoulders and brought a few books pertaining to their class and subject. He wasn’t really learning Quantum Theory or anything, but he could pretend like he was very well. He got himself a table and waited for the senshi, who wasn’t too long in coming. He waved in return and smiled, happy to see she appeared to be in better spirits today. She got herself settled as did Solar, and he pretended to flip through the book he was given with interest. He looked up when she excused herself, nodding minutely and letting her go. It was just a trip to the restroom, he didn’t need to follow her around everywhere.

xxxxLittle did Solar know, he probably should have. When Sno opened the door to enter the women’s restroom, she instead opened a door to something akin to a portal, though the colors were swirls of deep blues and green and were concentrated in a single spot no bigger than a bowling ball. There was a quick flash and the scenery changed completely, to what seemed to a posh sitting room. There were two elegant dark blue satin chairs stationed around an old, rather expensive looking glass coffee table. In one of the chairs, Michiro sat, sipping from a teacup and looking up as Sno appeared. She would have materialized in the free chair, which quickly bound her energy to it upon contact. There was no visible spell, but the force it would take to lift up even a pinky was something even the great Sailor Frost did not posses.

xxxx"So nice of you to join me, my dear." he smiled in her direction. If it weren’t for the fact he’d just kidnapped the woman he claimed to love, Michiro would have looked sincere. He set his teacup down and turned more in his chair to face her, reaching out to rest a hand over her immobilized one, "I realize we didn’t get off on the right foot before, and I am sorry for dragging you here like this. I apologize. But…you have to understand, we were meant to be together." he glanced down at their joined hands, "You must realize it now too. You banished your Knight in hopes of me finding you again. Michiro was, obviously, not right in the head. He truly believed with his entire being he was meant to be with Sno, and she was meant to be with him. There would be no changing his mind on the matter.

On her way to the bathroom, Sno couldn't help the small smile that came across her face. Sure, she felt as though her heart had simply shriveled up and turned into the size of a prune, but doing something like this, helping a classmate...well, it made her feel good. Definitely something she desperately needed with how the last few days had been treating her. It was nice, even though there was still something about Taiyou she couldn't place. Maybe, if ever, she felt at even 50%, she'd figure it out, but for now she was fine with just feeling alright. Of course, she'd never had quite the experience of going to the bathroom like she had when she opened the one in the library.

Before even a gasp could emit from her throat, the magic pulled her in, sending her mind reeling as she transported to, well, wherever it was destined. Landing, she opened her eyes cautiously, almost as though she was expecting a monster to bite her or acid to be thrown at her. When she saw the room around her, the terror only ebbed away slightly, until she realized she couldn't move, not one inch. Her eyes could, and her mouth could, just enough to converse with...oh lord. Listening, Sno closed her eyes, wishing she had her hands to help express exactly what she wanted to say to this loon. Michiro was just not going to quit obviously, and had also, obviously, been the one to set up the portal that trapped her. Perhaps, if she had been in the right state of mind, she may have been able to sense the portal before she opened the door. When, or if, she got out of this situation, she had to do something, had to find something to help her clear her mind. Of course, she was pretty sure there was only one thing, or person, that could that, and well...she couldn't think about that at the moment, especially when the teal haired man in the chair next to her was spouting off about her sending Jirou back.

Hating the feeling of the other touching her hand without her consent, considering it was something she wouldn't dream of giving the man, she spoke in a flat tone. "Well, I am sorry that you believe that Michiro, but I will have to disagree. I have no intention of ever being with you, whether or not I sent my knight away," she said, keeping her voice as steady as possible. Mentioning her request to reassign Jirou hurt inside, but there was no way she was going to let Michiro in on that little fact.

Letting her her own energy mingle with the energy trapping her, she attempted to try and figure out what exactly was keeping her pinned. If she could just get to her compact, or even tilt her head, she could activate her earpiece. Certainly, Kiko would catch on to the sound of something beeping in her room, or maybe she was at work and would hear her laptop left on the table at the library going off. Hell, if she could just remember where her friend was that day. Alas, for the moment, Sno was trapped, she knew it, and it did not bode well for the woman.

xxxxSolar waited patiently there at the table for a few minutes, pen idly tapping against the wood of the desk just to give himself something to do. He wasn’t thinking much of the elapsing time until five minutes grew to ten, and there was still no sign of Sno. He stood up and tried to remain as casual as possible in heading to the restroom. It was a library at a college, it was a unisex bathroom, so Solar wasted no time in walking in, dipping down enough to check under the stalls. To his horror, he found them all empty. This…was not good. She was just here a moment ago, he’d seen the woman walk toward the door from the corner of his eyes…And now she was gone?

xxxxHe didn’t have much control over his magic in this human form, most of it was going to work keeping himself charmed. He couldn’t sense any trace of Sno’s energy at all. He looked around the space in a desperate attempt for any sort of clue; was whoever took Sno stupid enough to leave something behind, if someone took her at all? He was about to think no, but something on the ground by the door caught his eye. It looked like a rose petal, felt like one too, but it was a vibrant teal color. A color certainly not natural for roses to grow in. He placed the petal in his pocket and reached for the communicator there, the one Amy had given him before he left Mercury, "Amy, something’s happened. I only let her out of my sight for a few minutes and now she’s gone."

~

xxxxMichiro pulled his hand off of Sno’s after a few moments, sitting back in his chair to sip at his tea as if this were the most normal occurrence in the world. His face remained eerily calm until Sno spoke in her drab tone, explaining again that he was wrong and that they weren’t supposed to be together. He all but slammed his teacup down on the coffee table between them, the liquid splashing up out of the cup and cracking the saucer, "You don’t know what you’re talking about, Sno." he insisted, jaw clenching in frustration.

xxxxAfter a second, he sat up in a rush, realizing he had just lost his cool and made a mess. He took a few steps away from Sno, back toward her, hand up and kneading at his forehead. "I’m sorry, my Princess. I can’t blame you. That Knight of yours has poisoned your mind." he turned back to her, making his way toward the seat to sit down again, "He managed to get you to love him in the first place, he’s been manipulating you all this time. I’m so sorry I didn’t come to your rescue sooner." Can we say buckets of crazy?

Well, apparently rage came with delusion in the case of this man. As soon as she finished talking, granted she had the ability to move anything but her eyes, she would have most certainly jumped in place at the sound of the saucer cracking. Considering she didn't have much ability to move, all that simply reacted was her eyes widening, only to follow the others figure as he got up and paced for a moment or two.

She didn't know what she was talking about? Sno was fairly certain that was the first time she had ever heard someone tell her that. In almost any situation, everyone looked to the ice senshi for guidance, for the simple fact that she did know what she was talking about. The woman had been about to snort in disbelief until the other started speaking again. Instead, a rage rose up inside her at his insane accusations, and she was fairly certain if she had the ability to move, Michiro would be a pile of shattered ice chunks on the floor.

Taking a deep breath to push back some of the red fog that was attempting to consume her mind, she spoke. "Well, Michiro," she said his name with obvious contempt, "if you really know anything about me, most believe me to level headed and intelligent. I would never let any person, male or female, manipulate or taint my mind. Jirou certainly didn't do any such thing, and I most certainly am not going to let you." Looking away from him again, she pulled on what could be considered a threatening monotone. "For both our sakes, I recommend you release me, or there are going to be consequences you can't even begin to imagine."

During all the talking, Sno had been trying her best to continue figuring out the energy binding her. She attempted combating it with her own energy, first simply trying to break it with a strong push, then worming her own energy into the spell to break it. Sadly, neither were working, but she would come up with something, she had to. Staying with Mr. Batshitcrazy was not on her agenda for much longer, or perhaps she would just go nutty from listening to his insane banter.

xxxxIt was as if someone put blinders on him. As soon as Amy relayed the news to him that Sno was in danger, Jirou’s train of thought set on one track and kept there until he found some answers. He had barely just gotten back to earth when Amy contacted him again, letting him know what Solar had informed her and that they could meet up someone close-by. He didn’t even think to call Kiko or the others. Sure they would be concerned too, but Jirou couldn’t focus on anything else. The one time he’d let the woman out of his sight and she goes and gets taken in a library. A library of all places, the one setting Sno felt at home in. They had what appeared to be no leads to go on, until Solar pulled out the teal flower petal from his pocket and asked if this meant anything to him.

xxxxImmediately he recalled the Neptune noble from before, his hair was almost the exact same shade. He seemed personally offended when he was told off before, perhaps he was the type that didn’t take no for an answer. "Contact Amy. Tell her I need all information on a man named Michiro from Neptune. He would have been the noble interested in speaking with Sno a few weeks ago…" Solar was a little confused at this sudden information, but nodded without hesitation and did as he was told. Jirou took the pause in time to get a hold of Aleks (old fashioned way, he just pulled out his cell phone and called the man) and explained to him what was happening, and to be ready to assist if need be. When asked if he needed help right then Jirou politely declined, having a feeling this was something he needed to try and settle himself.

~~

xxxxMichiro didn’t seem to get deterred anymore by Sno’s rather blatant refusals. In fact, he even smiled once when she started speaking, "But see, Sno, that’s the beauty of it. I do know you. I know you very well. We met when we were just little toddlers and since then you have been a part of my soul." it was true. In reality, Michiro thought he was far more important to Neptune’s higher society than he really was, but he did get the chance to meet the newest heir to the Blizare before she was sent to earth when they were both just tiny children. The only reason he remembered it was because his mother went on and on about how the two were destined to be together and they would become the most acclaimed couple in all of history. This warped view of their relationship obviously tainted and poisoned his mind enough to convince him they were already together.

xxxx"I know it will take some time but I have all of it for you, my dear." he cooed, reaching out to stroke the side of her face. He sat up then and took the tea with him, disappearing from the sitting room and into another part of the house for a few minutes. He came back with another fresh pot and offered her some, "Sorry about the binding, but I can’t be too careful. I don’t want you to spoil the surprise."

xxxxHe was fixing himself a second cup when the atmosphere in the room drastically changed. There was a displacement of air and the sound of rushing water, and then Jirou appeared around the corner, already transformed into his knightly garb and staff held in his hands, "Release her at once and I might spare you." his voice could have shaved ice. He was not ******** around. Michiro stood in horrified shock, more bothered by the fact a lowly knight was in his home rather than him coming to take Sno back, "Get out! You are not welcomed here, you filthy piece of-" a solid punch to the jaw quickly stopped that sentence from coming out, and Michiro staggered sideways, clutching his face. Jirou moved across the room then, rounding Michiro to knell next to Sno, immeidately looking for something holding her to the seat, "Are you alright? Whats he using to keep you here?"

xxxx"Don’t bother, knight." he hissed from behind them, getting to his feet and spitting blood from his mouth, "I’m far more proficient in water magic than you are. I have complete control over the water molecules in her body. If I focus too hard, I’ll kill her." this caught Jirou’s attention, and he pulled his hands up to show he wasn’t going to try anything if that was his option. "You love her, don’t you? Why would you kill her?" he tried his own reasoning. The other just snarled, more blood spilling from his mouth and he shook his head, "If I can’t have her, no one can! You don’t deserve to love her, you can’t love her,-"

xxxxJirou raising to his full height and tensing in all of about a second got Michiro to stop speaking abruptly. He wasn’t yelling persay, but when the knight spoke again, his voice could have echoed through the entire house, "I can love her and I do. She’s my reason for existing and nothing else matters but that simple fact. You will never understand what that means. I pity you for that." he practically spat. There was a second of tense silence before Michiro lost his cool and launched for them in a primal tackle. A massive swing from his staff connected in the side of the head, and Michiro crumpled where he stood in a heap, not moving.

Antsy was the least descriptive word for how Sno was starting to feel. If she could just get the ability to move even an inch, she'd be able to get out of this infuriating situation, or at least get help toward that goal. Hearing the man next to her talk once more simply had her lips contorting to what could be considered a frown. She couldn't remember something like, and with her memory and the others vibrant hair color, it made the statement hard to believe. If she said anything like that, of course he'd just go on with more insane banter and probably make her ears bleed eventually.

As the other spoke again, the words were almost reaching deaf ears, for Sno knew everything emitting from his mouth was just the jumble of a lunatic. Feeling a hand touch her face though, she gritted her teeth, wishing even more intensely that she could move away from the intrusive touch.

When the other left the room, an audible sigh left the woman's mouth, no matter how brief his disappearance was. It was getting terribly aggravating, not being able to figure out the spell holding her. Not being able to do so was a rare occurrence on the ice senshi's part after all, and even on the rare occasion, her gear was always there to help sort the information that remained a jumble in her head. She could tell it was focused on her body, not necessarily her chair or anything, but as for what it was doing to her body, she couldn't dissect properly.

Enter again the lunatic, and Sno simply prepared herself for more mindless banter of their apparently perfect union. A surprise? Another, less audible sigh escaped her lips once more, dreading the thought of what a mad man like him considered a 'surprise'. The woman slowly but surely felt her hope draining away, of course until a most familiar energy began to fill the room. Immediately her heart jumped, both from relief and joy, as she saw Jirou appear, and that voice she had missed so desperately over the last few days floated in the room. Sure, it was cold and ready to kill whoever had her trapped, but it was still her Knight's voice, and that's all she could frankly care about in such a situation. She didn't know how the other had found her, but he was here, and that was all that mattered.

Of course her captor wasn't too fond of the thought of someone intruding on their 'perfect' moment, but even as Jirou lashed out against the a*****e, Sno felt no remorse for him. The whole situation most certainly was not one to smile at, but as the dark haired man came and knelt in front of her, she couldn't help but give off a happy smile. She had been about to try and respond, to tell him she wasn't completely sure, when Michiro intervened with an explanation. That was why Sno wasn't able to figure it out. That sort of water magic use was highly frowned upon after all, being considered inhumane even against the worst of enemies. In result, Sno hadn't dabbled in it and couldn't have recognized it. The simple fact that the other had used it on her...well, that was complete confirmation of his lack of sanity.

Jirou obviously wasn't about to get her killed by resisting, and his next words only seemed to piss Michiro off more. Sno simply watched the banter, still unable to move, but felt her heart warm fathoms when Jirou's final words came from his mouth. What? Did he...did he mean it? He certainly sounded sincere, but he could have been saying it to...well, she wasn't sure. As soon as the teal haired man went down though, Sno felt the magic disappear from inside of her. The woman's first reaction was to wiggle her limbs, to push out the remaining feeling of the other man's magic, before looking up to Jirou. Slowly she stood up, not entirely sure what to say, or what to do, at first. "Thank you...Jirou," were her first words, polite as ever. Her body was screaming at her to run forward and wrap her arms around his waist, but her mind didn't allow such movement. She just simply spoke once more. "Did you...did you mean what you said, to Michiro? What...changed?" she asked, her voice a bit on the quiet side, her arms clasped in front of her as she stared up at the other.

xxxxJirou’s first instinct when arriving on the scene was to protect and fight. He didn’t truly focus on Sno until Michiro was out cold on the floor in front of him. He even waited a few beats after his body stopped moving just to make sure he would not be getting back up. Finally, he turned back to Sno, who was standing up and watching him with a pleased look on her face. He had dealt with her absence for days and even imagined the first time he’d get to see her again, she would be upset or angry with him. Instead, she was there, smiling and in one piece.

xxxxHer thanks were acknowledged but he didn’t respond. He felt the same way about her thanking him since the first time she did it so long ago, the first time he protected her. It was his duty and he would do so without question. But now, the sentiment meant more. He knew that, had always known that, but he wasn’t afraid to believe it. His duty be damned, he would still protect her because he loved her and being without her was not an option. Only not having the woman around cemented it as fact; he physically couldn’t be without her.

xxxxHe nodded solidly at her question, reaching behind him to place his staff back in its holder before crossing the short distance between them. Long arms slipped around her body and pulled her as close as he could without causing discomfort, and his frame curled forward to press his forehead against the nape of her neck, "Nothing," he murmured, "Because nothing has to change. I don’t care about anyone else, I care about you and that’s all that matters. Being with you is more important than some old-fashioned opinion." he wished he hadn't had to go through what they went through to finally be ok with this notion, but he got here eventually. "I'm sorry I let this happen. I should have stopped you from leaving. Said something. If I hadn't left this never would have happened.

The woman's heart couldn't but swell at the nod he gave, a gentle smiling creeping its way to the surface of her lips. As he came forward, the smile grew with each of his long strides, the simple fact that he reached her in so few steps bringing another bit of happiness to her. Even his long legs, his height, something that was just a simple fact of the man, was something she terribly missed. God, she just missed him in general. How she was able to go those days without his presence was beyond her at the moment.

Feeling his arms wrap around her had a different well of feelings opening up inside her, tears threatening at her eyes as she felt the skin of his forehead press against the side of her neck. Then his words. Silently, the tears fell down her face, her hand reaching up to gently weave its fingers into the hair she loved so, so much. He spoke the truth. His voice was sincere; he really did believe what he said this time. Her voice was hard to find for a moment through the tears, but she eventually was able to whisper something in response. "Thank you...so much," she choked out, her arms wrapping up and across his shoulders to hug his head against hers. It was probably the most awkward hug she had ever given someone, but it mattered not.

Turning her face once she released him from the hug, she nuzzed him with her nose, getting him to look toward her only to meet her lips with his. Holding the kiss for a few moments, she let herself become lost to the joy of the connection she had so desperately missed before pulling back and giving him a joyous smile. "Love you," she whispered quietly, her smile turning into a bit of a smirk.

Allowing herself to look at his face for a few moments more, as though she were committing it to memory all over again, she made sure her tears were dried before finally let the environment sink in. They were still in Michiro's residence, with it's owner out cold on the floor. Pressing one last quick kiss to the others lips, she backed up slightly, knelling down next to the man to check his pulse quickly. Good, he was just passed out as assumed, not dead. She hadn't completely been sure at first, considering Jirou didn't generally care what happened to those who got in the way of him protecting her. "We should get him to the authorities here on Neptune. They'll take care of him. If my mother knows of this," something she assumed the woman did, "Michiru should know of the circumstances by now."

As they went about finding the nearest person outside the man's house who could help them, both watched over the process of making sure the teal haired man got locked away. A thought struck Sno then, and she turned to Jirou with an inquisitive look. "How did you find me? I had been wanting to activate my headpiece, but I know will alone wasn't enough to get the device to turn on," she said, a small smirk turning up the corner of her lips.

xxxxNormally, if Jirou knew he was the cause of Sno to be crying like she was, he would have felt worse than dirt. But he knew the tears now weren't of the bad sort; she was probably feeling very similarly to him at the moment, but had a lot easier time expressing herself than the Knight. The way he was clutching her now though made it obvious he had missed her something awful, and was elated to have her again.

xxxxHe moved his head only slightly when Sno began shifting as well, accepting her kiss with eagerness. It had felt like years since he had this touch. Even though both were water users, her lips always made him feel warm and tingly. He would never tire of it. "I love you." he replied, leaving out the ‘too’ part because it’s always felt more like an obligation with that tagged on. He loved her just the same, not only because she loved him.

xxxxAs much as he would have loved to simply stand there and hold this woman, reality sunk back in as it did for Sno, and he released her to go check on Michiro. He still kept close, but she knew what she was doing. It took some time to find someone who would listen to them directly and help them out, but once the proper authorities were informed, Jirou realized they didn’t seem too surprised to see who exactly had caused such uproar. Apparently, his unstable way of thinking was well known throughout Neptune.

xxxxAs they were being escorted to one of their transporter rooms, Jirou glanced over at Sno after her question, "Solar. He said he was with you at the library, and that you were missing. I followed your footsteps and found this," he reached into the breastplate of his armor, fishing for the pedal still tucked away in the inner pocket of his shirt. He pulled it out to reveal the teal rose pedal, and then shrugged, "It was a hunch, but I had nothing else to go on. I came here and asked where I could find Michiro, and well…" he trailed off, considering Sno was there for the rest of the story.

Looking over as the other moved to pull something out of his armor, Sno reached a hand out, gently grasping the rose petal as Jirou explained how it had led him there. And Solar? The woman's brow furrowed as she thought. The feline hadn't been at hte library with her, she was certain of it. Unless...that was why Taiyou's energy was so damned familiar! Somehow, someway, that smart little feline had managed a human form, something she was certain her mother would have the ability to grant him. A small smile fell over her face at the thought of Solar worrying about her like that, considering she knew Snowflake had no chance of going under the radar being her personal familiar and all.

Looking back over to Jirou, Sno walked so she was in front of him, pulling him back down for a quick kiss before simply hugging him once more. "Thank you...both, or perhaps more so," she said as she backed up a little, "you all, considering I have a feeling my mother was more than just a small part of the operation." Just then, as the two were about to retreat to teleportation pad, Sno looked around her knight to see a small battalion of obviously Neptune based soldiers entering the room. Walking to stand next to Jirou, she looked at them inquisitively as the leader seemed to step forward. Of course, what was said had Sno's brow furrowing as the rest of her face showed shock.

"Jirou Tsuyu, you are hereby under arrest for trespassing and assault of a member of Neptune's royalty."

Only a moment more of shock went by, Sno finally moving in front of Jirou as soon one of them stepped forward. "Over my dead body. I was the one taken hostage by Michiro! Jirou saved me from that madman!" she said frantically, and when the men continued advancing forward, the woman reached into the pocket of the jeans she had on and began to tap inot the power of her transformation through her compact located there. Only her name being said softly from behind her and a hand on her shoulder got the woman to stop, Sno turning back to look at her knight as he shook his head. A pained look crossed her features as he went to step around her, submitting himself. She just got him back, she wasn't about to lose Jirou again! "I'm coming with," she said firmly.

The walk toward the royal palace on Venus was painful at best, Sno not being allowed to walk next to Jirou, and any time he would look back to her he'd be snapped at to face forward like he was some sort of criminal. It made Sno's blood boil, and in all honesty, the woman was certain it was blood she was tasting in her mouth in her attempt to bite back things she was seconds away from yelling out in anger. If there was one thing she learned with having Kiko as a best friend, yelling very rarely got a person anywhere when it came to situations requiring diplomacy.

Once inside the palace, Sno wasn't allowed to follow into the prison, but was given the opportunity to say good-bye as they put it. Reaching her hand up to the others face, she wasn't sure if she was able to wear a more resolute facial expression. "I'll get you out, you know I will," she said unwaveringly, the guards barely giving the man a chance to reply before he was led off. The blue haired woman didn't move from her spot until the other was out of her sight, and then she was into a frantic paced amount of action. Pulling her communicator out, she went through to the emergency line she was always given to contact her mother, quickly telling of the situation as she made a war path towards the grand hall of the building. Inside, Michiro stood next to the throne Michiru was seated on, looking as smug as ever as Sno made her way up to the pair. "What is the meaning of this?!" was the first and only thing Sno could muster out that was mildly reasonable sounding and didn't involve yelling or ranting and raving.

xxxxA genuine smile crossed his lips before he let himself be leaned forward. The kiss that followed was simple and yet perfect, and reaffirmed his choices ten fold. He was meant to be with Sno no matter the cost, and they could truly get through just about anything. They were a team, after all.

xxxxThe guards they had found to listen to them initially were probably best described as local cops. They could take them where they needed to go and talk to the right people, but when the actual Neptune soliders came into sight, Jirou suddenly had a bad feeling. The only sign of reaction he gave to hearing he was under arrest was a sharp raise of his brows, but he didn’t move. That was of course until Sno reacted, making a reach for her compact. He settled a hand on her shoulder to stop her before it started, knowing he couldn’t possibly be the reason she got into trouble. They were on a foreign planet, and their customs might have been different. Or maybe this was a child throwing a tantrum. He didn’t know. But he wasn’t about to cause an uproar.

xxxxHe didn’t fight her when Sno demanded she was coming along. Honestly, he wanted her close by. He’d only just gotten her back and now this? What a day. He was restrained at the wrists and lead back to the palace. Even though the knight knew it was foolish, he still couldn’t help a few glances over his shoulder to make sure Sno was still following, and that she wasn’t being harassed or anything of the like. He didn’t think it would happen, but after Michiro’s insanity, he was paranoid. But after at least three rather forceful twists of his head, he stopped. He could handle it, but his blood was boiling. Though a gentle giant, there was only so much he could take.

xxxxHis eyes slipped closed briefly as he felt a hand on his face, and he wished his weren’t behind his back or he’d return the gesture. His expression was generally the same it always was, but there was a tiredness in his eyes when they opened again. His lips straightened into a thin line and he nodded firmly at her statement. He knew she would, too.

xxxxHonestly, the Queen wasn’t even sure why she was here for this nonsense. Michiro was almost unknown to her on a personal level, but she was indeed aware of his status and his rather…high opinion of his family and himself. His claim was rather childish, holding an ice pack to a disgusting bruise on the side of his face, but it seemed to check out. A guard came into his home and attacked him. Simple as that, arrest the guard. But then, how surprised do you think she was when Amy contacts her abruptly, trying to inform her of the real situation. She considered the woman a friend, and would naturally hear her out and believe her moreso than the other. But Michiro demanding he was right in one ear and a message relay from Amy on the other….It was enough to make your head spin!

xxxxThe Princess practically bursting into the room caused a cease to the commotion for the moment, and despite her being in such a sour mood, Michiru was glad to see her. She stood from her throne, a sign of respect for her younger royalty, and sighed, "I apologize for a somber reunion, Princess." her gaze settled on Michiro, and she cleared her throat, "It is polite to bow." After an awkward silence, he did so.

xxxx"Apparently I was not informed of his entire story before action was taken, and for that I apologize. But, you understand, every threat I hear I take seriously until proven otherwise. From what I understand, you yourself were abducted by this man, and Mr…Tsuyu, was it? Came to your service beyond his call of duty. Am I correct?" Michiro went to open his mouth but the Queen didn’t give him a chance, "I am asking Sno, I have already heard your story."

Sno waited anxiously for a response from the Neptune royalty. Having the mad man of the situation standing did nothing to settle her nerves, considering it was obviously his fault the love of her life had been taken away. What had he told Michiru? What lies had he tried formulating for his benefit that got her to look Jirou up?

When the the other woman spoke, Sno did her best not to smirk when Michiro bowed, sadly for the first time since they had met. The blue haired woman was never one to flaunt her position around and demand those lower classed than her bow or any of that nonsense, but right then and there, she was incredibly enjoying the whole occurrence her title brought on. When attention was brought back to the situation at hand, the Princess simply listened to what the other had to say, nodding in understanding. In her position, Sno would have done the same exact thing, or maybe. She'd probably at least have investigated more, not being one to take rash action like throwing a man in jail, but that was Sno.

Once more, as Michiro was promptly denied, another smirk was tightly held back behind a serious facade the young Mizuno woman held across her face, and she simply nodded in return to Michiru's statement. "That would be correct your highness. Michiro abducted me with ill intentions I would suspect, considering he knew I was already in a serious, romantic relationship, and it was a simple matter of my partner coming to my aid when he found that Michiro refused to take no for an answer."

At this point, Sno pulled out the rose petal that Jirou had handed off to her earlier, walking forward and giving it to Michiru. "This is what identified him as having taken me from a library on earth. It might also be possible to detect the magic he used to keep me frozen in place, being water magic expressly forbidden because of it's inhumane qualities." The magic was one that was so rarely used and associated with its inhumane nature that Sno didn't feel the need to give it a title. "I, no matter how badly he has wronged me however, do not wish harm to be brought upon Michiro, but perhaps the treatment that he wished upon my boyfriend?" she inquired. The woman figured it would be best if Michiru knew of her and Jirou's relationship, being it was why the situation happened in the first place, and simply hoped she didn't hold the same, old fashioned views, that Michiro did.

It was never in Sno's nature to be violent if she could help it, but she also knew Michiro couldn't go unpunished for what he did to Jirou and herself. He was obviously not quite stable in the mind, and simply being released back into the Neptune public was the least sound option at the moment. It would just give him the chance to come after her again, something she doubted he would pass up the opportunity to do if given the chance to accomplish.

xxxxMichiru was very aware of Sno’s intellect, a trait she shared with her mother. When the young princess spoke, she held herself with elegance and dignity despite having to explain how a crazy stranger abducted her, only to have her partner be thrown in jail for saving her. Now the Queen felt silly for letting this happen in the first place, and hoped the guards on duty at the moment were in good moods, and treating the Mercury Knight properly. She’d throw them in jail herself if otherwise.

xxxxShe gave a smile when Sno finished, "That is very noble of you, my dear. I would have to agree with you," sometime during her speaking, a few royal guards filtered into the room. It took Michiro a few moments to notice they were getting closer, doing a double take until they were closing in around him. "T-This is an outrage!" he protested, trying to keep from being restrained by jerking his arms away, "My mother was on the council! You cannot treat me like this! She belongs to ME, not some….some RAT FROM THE SEWERS-!" One of the Knights closest to him wasted no time in hitting him in the head, knocking him unconscious. It made restraining him far easier to deal with.

xxxx"I will make sure he is put somewhere he can never threaten anyone’s lives again." The Queen assured once Michiro was drug away. She stepped down from her throne and came over to stand in front of Sno, raising both hands to rest gently on her shoulders. She wore a poised, yet meaningful smile, "He seems like quite the reliable chap. Send him my deepest apologizes for this misunderstanding. You are both invited guests of honor here whenever you choose." her smile turned into a dreamy sort of one, and she leaned in closer to Sno and spoke behind her hand as if sharing a secret, "The aurora light shows here in winter time are breath taking, and very romantic." she pulled back, but not before kissing by the side of her face.

xxxxOne of the guards not busy with dragging Michiro down to the dungeons was sent to fetch Jirou, leading Sno out of the throne room once they shared goodbyes and back toward where the couple had originally parted ways. The guard requested the princess stay put while he go find the knight in question. It didn’t take but ten minutes before Jirou was walking back down the hallway, rubbing his wrists and walking of his own accord. The guard was behind him, only there to guide him out. Seeing Sno got his stride to pick up just a bit, his long legs closing the distance between them so he could gather the woman up into his arms.

Sno watched as the woman in front of her complied with such an arrangement, though couldn't help but flinch when Michiro went nuts and then had to be knocked out. No matter how much the man deserved it, Sno's base instincts didn't like watching people get hurt in the end. When the Neptune Queen approached, Sno's smile widened, and the blue haired woman simply nodded along with what was said. Michiru was a wonderful woman and obviously had a sturdy head on her shoulders, though the suggestion she whispered about the auras had Sno tacking on 'sly' to her description of the other royalty. "Thank you your highness, I won't soon forget your hospitality in this trying situation," the Mercury Princess said formally, bowing slightly before being escorted out of the hall.

Waiting for Jirou almost had Sno fidgeting, but just before her foot starting moving around, the sight of her knight came into view and brilliant smile lit up her features. After having almost lost him because of her own ignorance, this had been the last thing she had expected, so having him back was a whole new wave of relief. Sno quickly fell into the others grasp, her arms wrapping firmly around his waist and hugging him for all she was worth. Pulling back, she leaned up to show she wanted a kiss, happy when he complied before speaking. "A quick pitstop before we head home? Michiru had more suggestions than just locking that mad man up," she said with a brief, happy smile before intertwining their hands and disappearing from the spot they were grounded at.

Moving to the location the Queen had suggested, Sno looked up to only gasp loudly. Well, she was being modest apparently, for the lights that danced in the sky were breath taking to say the very least, and most certainly romantic. Keeping her one hand intertwined with Jirou's and bring the other to rest across his lower back, Sno leaned in her Knight's side, content that the her romantic life seemed to finally be straightening itself out for once. Looking up, she gave one last soft smile. "I love you Jirou, so, so much." she whispered, then moved herself in for one last kiss.

Only spending a few more minutes there, the Mercury residents both combined their energy to make the large, interplanetary leap before they were moving, grounding themselves in the main foyer of the house. Apparently picking up the energy signals returning, Solar came plodding out, looking up at the two before Sno picked the small feline up and hugged him against her chest. "Thank you Solar for doing what you did," she said gratefully, petting his fur softly before an 'ahem' noise came from the stairs above them. Kiko stood there looking at the obviously happy couple, her look demanding an explanation. The next hour was spent explaining everything to Kiko, and eventually Aleks, as he got pulled into the conversation so that Sno could apologize for threatening his life as she had.

Beyond that trying experience between the Mercury couple, another odd bout of peace fell upon the group. It was so odd to have such long periods of uninterrupted peace that Keiko practically pounced on the opportunity, dragging Sno around in a fast and furious manner to find her dress, get things set up on Mars, and over-all straighten things out for a wedding that was planned for two months after the day Sno and Jirou had returned. It was a short amount of time for an average wedding, but then again, the group was far from average, and with Sno's planning abilities and Keiko's enthusiasm, things went together quickly. It even became a point to where Keiko and Kesiom found a place for themselves, figuring it was a step alongside the path of getting married, something the Saturn Prince wasn't against at all. After all, he had started picking up on the human ways more here and there, and figured it wouldn't be a one sided living situation when it came down to it.

The two months practically flew by in result, and a week before the big day was to happen, the entire group had decided to go out and enjoy dinner together, on Aleks as the man insisted, one of what he swore would be many lavish gifts to be endowed on the newlyweds. Once the food was finished, the bill was paid, and a tip was left that would ensure incredible service on their next visit, the group split up so that the engaged couple could head home while the other two couples headed back to Alek's place. Sno was walking in the door first with Kiko, laughing about something silly the other had done at supper that night ( because when wasn't Kiko doing something ridiculous? ), while the men followed behind them, chattering about whatever came to their mind.

Coming to a stop quickly though, Sno caught both the cats, sitting side by side on the direct center of the floor in front of the them, their tails swishing happily as the blue haired woman gave them a curious look. Before she could question why they were acting so weird, Snowflake spoke up. "You guys have a few visitors, follow us!" the cat spoke happily, and Sno looked over to give Kiko a curious look. Had the other couple needed to talk to them about something they forgot over dinner?

Following the felines down the hallway toward the living room, as the soon as the door opened to reveal the people inside, Sno gasped loudly. "Toketsu! Yori!" she said in exclamation. The white haired boy turned his head and smiled, standing from his position on the couch. Sno's eyes widened a bit then, realizing her 13 year old son she had last seen was obviously a lot older, and taller, being that he towered over her. "Hey mom, hey dad," he said, just before a smaller figure burst out from behind him. Before the Mercury Prince could stop her though, the little 2 year old girl was running full force at Sno to the point where they both almost toppled over had Sno not braced herself for the small arms that wrapped around her knees. "Mommy!" the girl exclaimed loudly, Sno's eyes widening as she looked quickly to Toketsu for an explanation. Toketsu simply sighed before talking. "As I had wanted to say, this is Rayne Mizuno, my two year old sister."

Sno quickly looked down to the girl then, who was beaming a brilliant smile back up to her. The girl's eyes were definitely from her, but her hair, long, straight, and most importantly, jet black, was from Jirou. Looking over to her knight, Rayne seemed to do the same at the same time, her attentions moving quickly as her vice grip on Sno's legs let up. In what seemed to be the blink of an eye, the young girl was in front of Jirou, holding her hands up toward him and bouncing in place a bit. "Come on Daddy, piggyback!" she squealed happily, causing Toketsu to shake his head this time as he walked forward, pulling Sno into a tight hug. "Rayne, remember, these aren't mommy and dad-" "Doesn't matter!" she said happily, now situated merrily on her father's shoulders.

By then, Aleks had made his way forward, wrapping his son tightly in a hug. It seemed like just yesterday when he was in the Mars hospital, remembering his son, and now here he was. Of course older, as Sno had noted, but he was still Yori, no matter how much older he had gotten since the last time they had all been together. "It's good to see you son," he said, pulling back with a smile, keeping his hands on the younger man's shoulders before giving him a once over. For a second, Aleks' eyes rested on the odd gemstone around the others' neck, but soon gave the other another smile before letting Kiko in for an embrace.

xxxxThe two months of peace that passed didn’t much feel like peace at all for the fire senshi. She’d been drug around hell and half of Georgia the entire time with her sister and Sno while they tried on dresses and picked flower arrangements and made sure the napkins matched the tablecloths….or whatever it was they worried about. Half the time Kiko tuned it out. But she knew how important the event was for her sister. Not only was she bonding herself for life to another person, but they were planning her coronation the same day. It took her twin awhile to come to terms with the idea, but eventually she realized taking temporary rule over Mars was best for not just themselves, but their people. And as Aleks had said, she had all the support in the world. They all encouraged their idea of moving out, as well, considering it was the next step when tying the knot. Kiko acted as if the move didn’t bother her, but in did a little. It was her sister, after all. Someone she’d gotten used to living right down the hall for awhile now. But she supported it.

xxxxThat particular evening after a nice dinner, Kiko wanted nothing more than to head back home and crash before more planning tomorrow. Seeing Solar and Snowflake waiting for them with knowing looks on their faces had her curious though, and the thought of visitors doubled it. Who would be here at this hour? After a short trip to the living room, the fire senshi stood in moderate shock for the first few seconds upon seeing their guests. It was Toketsu and Yori, their faces were unmistakable….but they were much older than they had been when the first traveled back to warn them. Yori was taller, maybe even taller than Aleks, and had certainly filled out like a growing boy should. He didn’t look much like a teenager at all. She was elated to see him, of course. The way Yori hugged his father back and smiled made it obvious he was happy to see them too. But she didn’t rush over and hug him as Aleks did, at least not at first. She stepped closer and reached out to hold his face after a pause, looking him over like a paranoid mother would, "What’s happened? Are you guys alright?" she glanced over toward Toketsu. She didn’t like to always jump to negative conclusions, but the only reason she could think of for another visit to the past was something bad.

xxxxYori sighed gently and brought his hands up to cover his mother’s and pull them from his face, shaking his head a little, "M'fine, Mom. We’ll explain in a sec-", he tried to stem her off just as Jirou and Sno made their way over to Toketsu. They had a bigger bridge to cross first, and her name was Rayne.

xxxxJirou was just as shocked as the rest of the group to see the boys in their living room, but it was hard to tell. His brows raised and he moved closer to Toketsu, as if seeing him better would make sure he was indeed real. Suddenly, a little girl popped out from behind him, immediately running to Sno and calling her mommy. This was…new. She hadn’t been introduced last time. It would have surprised him more had Toketsu not done practically the same thing to him the first travel through time. Finding out he had another child didn’t seem too outlandish. And a daughter, at that. Having a little sister himself, the idea of a daughter always settled in his stomach like warm cider.

xxxxHer plea to be picked up melted Jirou’s blank stare into a faint smile, and he knelt down to scoop the little on up and settle her on one of his shoulders. She was so small, picking her up was no challenge, "It’s nice to meet you, Rayne." he said gently, turning his head to face her before looking back toward his son. A hand reached up and he mussed his fingers through the other’s hair, "You've grown. Both of you." He glanced sidelong at Yori, nodding his head in greeting. The redhead nodded in return but he seemed a little hesitant to make eye contact. Curious. The Knight’s eyes caught site of something blue, something very familiar looking, hanging from the other boy’s chest, but as he began shifting between his parents, he lost sight of it. Oh well, he’d ask about it later.

xxxx"Sorry to just drop by again. We kinda need your help." the Mars son piped up, glad to be able to change the subject before any…questions arose. "Sno’s lost her memory in our time. It started about a month ago with just little things, but now she can’t even remember who Toketsu is." he glanced back toward the other, resisting the urge to reach up and touch the pendant around his neck. Having your mother not know who you were hurt, and he knew it. Rayne was still young enough to think it was a game at times, but Toketsu had to deal with the problem head on. "We’re not exactly sure who has done it, but we think it’s got something to do with leadership. Someone might be trying to overthrow you both." his eyes fell on Jirou and Sno, a slightly more serious look on his face.

xxxx"What can we do to help?" he wasted no time in asking. Yori ran a hand through his wild red hair with a sigh before rubbing at his neck. He looked as if he weren’t all too confident in what he was going to say, "We’ve tried just about everything humanly possible to jog her memory and nothing's worked. The only other thought suggested to us was to shock her into her right mind; What better way than to present your younger self to your older self…?" Even saying it outloud didn’t make it sound more logical, but they were running out of options. "It might not work, it might rip a hole in space and time as we know it, whatever. But if we don’t do something soon, it could be permanent."
