Okay so, recently, my imagination has been running wild. I write. I get bored. Lemme' alone. Anyways... I've been looking for a place to just randomly write, and saw that someone was writing here, saying they were doing a roleplay with their self. So, I thought I'd try to do the same. And if a MOD yells as me... Well, then I guess I'll find out where I should post, right? Now, for anyone who's interested, here's a brief summary.

"Josey has always been the odd one out. At school, everywhere. She's a triplet, and even there she's ignored. This summer, her and her family, including her weird Wicca cousin, Holly, are going to Josey's great-aunt and uncle's cabin. But in this place, Josey's boredom and emptiness soon turn to shock and bewilderment about what's going on around her. Like how the stray cat that showed up at her window seems to know everything. Or how she has vivid dreams of what's about to happen. Or how Josey's feeling drawn to a boy she doesn't even know the name of.

Josey and Holly are about to be thrown into a world of witches, dark magic, and legends. Josey find's her place in life, the role she was meant to play.
To bad it will probably end up killing her."

Sucks, eh? I know, still working on it. I'm terrible at summaries. Yeah, it's a witch book. Weird? Probably, but who cares? If you have any comments on the book, you can discuss them in my Journal.

                                      So... Yeah. Enjoy?

Most things (like somewhat the style of the story) are ©opyright Monster In A Bottle.

Prologuexxxxx

Josey awoke with a gasp, quickly sitting upright in her bed. Her eyes wildly flew around the room, looking for something, anything, just proof that it was a dream. She found nothing.
With a sigh, she lied back down, running a hand through her hair. It was soaked with sweat. Her eyes slowly closed, and she bit her lip to hold back the sob that threatened to escape.
                                      The dreams were back.
How did someone deal with this? I should tell mom... No... Remember last time? She sent me to a therapist. God knows that was a waste of money. She tried to sigh, but it came out as a whimper.
Why now, of all times? She hadn't had a dream like that since she was 14. She was 17 now. And summer just started! "Why now..." She repeated in a whisper. She sat up again, only to wrap her arms around her knee's. Her eyes cracked open slightly, her vision blurred by tears.
And then she saw the window.
It was raining out, she just noticed. Quite terribly. Lightning flashed, and Josey was sure she saw something in the window. She crawled out of her sheets, across the bed, staring at the window, vision still blurred...
                                      Thunder boomed. Josey screamed.
She jumped back onto the bed, slapping her hand on the light switch. She didn't even wait for her eyes to adjust before she stumbled back to the window. Staring, staring...
A black cat stared back, blinking wide blue eyes.
Josey continued to stare back, shocked. The cat was soaking wet, sitting on the windowsill. It looked as if it wanted something, desperately...
It meowed and pawed at the window. Josey blinked again. Oh. Oh. "Oh." She opened the window slightly, enough for the cat to squeeze in. Once she closed it again, she turned to see it sitting on her bed.
"Hey! Move! Your getting the sheets wet!" The growl it gave made Josey jump again. She stared at the cat for 10 second, before leaving the room. She came back with towels. "Okay, if your not going to move, atleast let me dry you off?" The feline jumped off the bed, onto Josey's desk.
Josey was shocked when the cat didn't attempt to run away while she was drying it. It just started at her, as if expecting something. When that was done, Josey deposed of the towel, then went back to her bed. As she sat on it, the cat followed, hopping beside her. Cautiously, Josey reached a finger out, trailing it along the cat's spine. It began to purr. Josey smiled warily, then began scratching it's head.
It was then she noticed something else. The cat, although it completely black from nose to tail, appeared to have a white patch of fur on it's head. After closer inspection, Josey determined it looked like a crescent moon. "Got myself a strange little stray, don't I?" The look the cat gave Josey was one of clear un-amusement. "Oh, come on, kitty. You have to admit your a stray." It started swishing it's tail side to side. "Oh, don't give me that. You just show up at my window, no collar, and I'm expected to believe you have a home?" A small growl. "Don't eve-"
"I'm not a stray, thank you very much." Josey's eyes bulged as her head whipped around the room. Where did that come from?!
She looked back at the cat, then shuddered. That's what you get for talking to a cat. You hear things. Slowly, Josey turned the lights off, then crawled back under her sheets. Her eyes closed, and a small yawn escaped. Though it took awhile, she eventually fell back asleep, once she managed to push all thoughts of talking animals out of her head.
The cat fell asleep, too, huddled up against Josey's chest.

Waking Upxxxxx

Sun streamed in through the large window, casting down on Josey's small figure.
She yawned, then cracked her eyes open, keeping them narrowed until they adjusted. What time is it... She turned her head to her alarm clock, reading the time: 8:00 AM. She'd overslept. Joy.
She sat up, then heard a small growl. She quickly looked down, seeing another figure under the sheets. What the... She pulled the sheet up, revealing a black cat.
"Oh. You." She sighed, pulling the sheets all the way back. She crawled out of the bed, making sure to avoid the cat, then stumbled towards the closet. Dark blue jeans, and a snug black T-shirt.
At her vanity, she sat down, then sighed at what she saw in the reflection. Pale skin with a few freckles scattered here and there, light pink lips, a pair of large, sea green eyes, and a tangle of blonde curls that stopped at the small of her back.
She grabbed a brush and began pulling it through, wincing. It took around 10 minutes for her hair to look half-tame. After she put on a thin layer of makeup, she got up, turning back towards the bed.
"What to do with you..." She thought aloud, staring at the cat. It stared back, wide blue eyes blinking.
But before any real plans for the feline could be made, Josey's thoughts were interrupted.
"Joe-see~!!" A bell like voice sang, suddenly bursting into the room. Josey flinched. Oh, great...
Her cousin Holly stood in the doorway, grinning from ear to ear. Her electric blue eyes were thickly outlined in black, and her pin-straight, raven hair was pulled in a high ponytail. Black was her color. Tight black jeans, black, long sleeved v-neck, black hiking shoes...
At school, she would of been considered attractive. But, instead, she was one of the weird girls. Why? She was a witch.
Well, that was what people called her. She did Wicca. Spells, Candles, all that. Josey thought it was ridiculous. There was no such thing as magic, much less witches. But that didn't stop Holly.
"Come on, come on, come on! We're leaving in a half hour, and you haven't even had breakfast yet!" Josey rolled her eyes, about to exit the room, but Holly stopped her.
"Who's this?" She asked in a suddenly cooing tone, walking to the bed and scooping up the cat that sat there. Holly started scratching it's head, cradling it like a baby in her arms. Josey was about to say the cat didn't have a name, but something else came out. "Her name's Gillian." Josey froze.
She hadn't even known the cats gender, much less her name. But Holly didn't seem to notice anything wrong. "Well, she's adorable. Are we bringing her? I think we should. She'd love the forest!" Josey grumbled out something incoherent.
Who's idea was it to go to her Great aunt and uncle's cabin, again? Certainly not Josey's. But that was what they were doing. Spending the summer in a cabin. By that, she meant a cabin the size of a mansion. She sighed, then left the room, ignoring Holly's excited chatter.
When they reached the kitchen, Josey could only sigh again. Sitting at the table was Scarlette and Charlotte. Both had fair, auburn hair that waved to their shoulders, and narrow emerald eyes. They were tall, tanned, and gorgeous. Hard to believe that the three girls were triplets.
"Oh, Holly, your here? I thought I heard screeching." Charlotte noted, smiling sweetly. Scarlette only added on. "I know. At first I thought there was a wild animal up there."
But, of course, Holly was completely oblivious to the teasing. "How could you not notice? I said hi to you when I walked in, Silly!" Both girls just rolled their eyes, got up and headed to the door. Completely ignoring Josey.
It was weird, how things worked out that way. Most people thought the girls were twins. Scarlette and Charlotte Lune-Claire. Sounded nice, didn't it? Yep. A whole lot better than Charlotte, Scarlette and Josey.
Josey bit her lip, shook her head, then headed for the door. She heard a little patter behind her, and looked to see the cat- Ahem, Gillian, following her. With a shrug, Josey scrunched down and picked the cat up, cradling it in her arms like Holly had done before. It began to purr, closing it's eyes.
"Hey," Holly was suddenly beside her. "I thought you were supposed to eat?"
Josey could only shrug again. Suddenly, she wasn't so hungry.
