I am excited, we can finally get back on track with technology, medicine advances for the sick, uniting the christens, jews, muslims, and non believers to make this country united - and not divided over ideological bullshit.

Sorry, you've been so polite, but that is one of the biggest lines of bullshit I've read so far.

On track with technology? Japan will always be the best, but are we that behind? Only in automotive, I think. Give us better fuel efficiency, and we're good.

Medicine? While there isn't a cure for everything yet, we're working on it. He isn't going to cure anything. We'll just have to wait and see what scientists/doctors come up with.

Uniting religions? How is a man who belongs to a racist, Anti-American church going to unite people of those religions? He may not believe what his radical, ******** preacher rants about, but as long as he associates with those people, that is not going to happen.

It is about funding and not passing laws to hinder technological advances. Like bushes lifetime ban on stem cell research. Or laws that favor companies like the MPAA and RIAA who try to control the movie and music industry.

Actually Japan is ahead in robotics.

Medical technology aside, i don't think we need to worry about technology. Oh, and cars, like I said. Robotics? We don't have the money for that so we can focus on that later.

What does the music and movie industry have to do with religious groups uniting? Or anything you said? Oh, you mean funding them?

Stem cell research is a touchy subject surrounded by controversy and debate. How was Bush supposed to handle a subject that is divided among the US? Ignore it and hope they'll forget, I guess. I don't know enough about that to judge; it could work wonderfully or not.

My school had the inauguration on the televisions throughout the school day. They played during class sessions as well. I LOVED IT!

i dont like him for wut he stands for as a president. i honestly think the last time a democratic president was in he failed and left it all to bush jr. the soul reason we are in the war we are in now is because clinton didnt take his chance. i think a man like mccain would have been better for this country. he has the mind of a reaganist and military tactics of that of bush sr, and jr. i dont like obama cause hes black. i could care less if he was asian. a man that has his country first instead of party first should be the president. thats why i think this election failed. people voted race, party, and dumb ideas. thats how obama won.
