I'm sorry im such a deep thinker sweatdrop It gets bothing sometimes because during class, I'll like completely zone out thinking about something and I'll miss what the teacher just said stare xd stressed

do you learn more from your thoughts then from your teacher?
if so, why should you scourn yourself for escaping his attention?

1st question: In some cases, yes.
2nd question: Because most of the time when I zone out I think of something completely different than what the teacher is teaching and I miss it. I'm trying to keep up my grades sweatdrop

and isn't your mind more important?
your life cannot be defined by letters on a peice of paper.
even if they do all read A+.
(though, i must confess, i wish to keep my grades in an elevated position as well 3nodding )

Well, my parents told me that they would buy me a brand new, fully loaded laptop if I made High honor roll. And I am at the top of the 2nd highest..:S and my average is like a 96% One cannot learn from their thoughts if they don't learn from the outside as well because their knowledge is limited....oh, and also the job I want to get into is VERY hard to get...and it requires extremely good grades. sweatdrop

Well, as young as I am, I cannot really get out into the world and I rely on my friends and teachers for knowledge. I also do a lot of watching of the science channel!! I love that channel! heart anywho....True, very true, I also have a big thought on that last part you just said. And it is better to know a little bit about a lot of things than to know a lot about one thing. (you and me can have a very long discussion about things..! biggrin )

lol, thankx, yes, I also have 3 pages of quotes that I have made up myself. Sometimes I'll lay in bed for HOURS at night, thinking about things and quotes. I write down my thoughts on everything once I get them otherwise i'd forget them sweatdrop
