Well, this issue happen on all kinds of browser (maybe I should say it is a flash temp. setting problem and hence all the browser will facing the glitch)
Sometime when you crash from zOMG or resizing the zOMG windows (especially restore from full screen to normal size) those crew list, chat panel will be pushed out of the screen as attached and you DON'T have any way to move back to the normal position xp .
The first time I facing this problem is on FireFox 3.5.2 and I think that it should be cookies setting problem in my 1st mind but I'm wrong. I clear up the cookies in Firefox no help. Then I tried IE8, same issue. Finally I traced out it is application profile setting issue and ...
THE WORK AROUND ARE AS FOLLOW biggrin :
Solution 1 (Reset setting with Adobe Flash Setting Manager) - for normal user:
1. Close ALL the opened zOMG Windows
2. Visit Official Flash Setting Manager Web Site
3. Sort out "s.cdn.gaiaonline.com" from the website then click "Delete Website" and confirm on the deletion as attached screen
(Please notes that you need to repeat step 3 if you find s2.cdn.gaiaonline.com, s3.cdn.gaiaonline.com on the website list also)
4. Restart zOMG and probelm should be gone
Solution 2 (Reset settings Manually) - for expert:
1. Logout Gaia and close all the browser windows
2. Click on Window's "Start" button => "Run" and type the following path on "open":
% USERPROFILE % Application DataMacromediaFlash Player#SharedObjects
** Please note that there is NO SPACING between "%", "USERPROFILE" and "Application", as image below:
so please copy with care **
and then click "OK"
3. You should find a File Explorer pop up window and a RANDOM folder name (for me the name is "PBS9ZSME" as attached) double click on the folder and you should find another folder called "s.cdn.gaiaonline.com" (or s2.cdn.gaiaonline.com, s3.cdn.gaiaonline.com due to Gaia had different sub server) double click on it also and then go into the "image" => "Gaia_Flash" folder.
Remove the folder "zomg" to reset the chat windows position file.
4. Finally return back to zOMG and the problem should be fixed~~ Enjoy 3nodding
