Since I want to detail this fully for myself to see just how much it will take to make the tickets, I've chosen to make this post.

As of April 22nd, 2015, the BiFrost is now selling formulas to craft four of the Project Tickets.
These tickets are Sapphire, Golden, Mini Golden, and Baby Golden. Each is priced at 1 billion gold.
Soon after the discovery of these new formulas it was announced that the new ingredient needed to craft these tickets, the
Golden Fragment, can be found in the Mr. Rabbit-O-Matic and is to be expected in new CIs later on as well. Source

Getting into the thick of it...

The crafting of these tickets will be no easy feat for anyone except the exceptionally rich to undertake, which is to be expected in this economy unfortunately. However, I will state now that even the crafting of the necessary EIs may be enough to help you along your way to other goals.
Each formula will have a fully detailed list of crafting supplies needed, including the ingredients
needed to craft the alchemized EIs that each ticket requires. This will be reduced in size by spoilers.

To start off with, we have the Project Sapphire Ticket. This is the ticket that will enable
you to work with the staff to craft your own EI and is the most expensive to craft.

Agreed. I wanted to make it for myself as a journal entry at first but I figured other people would probably want to have the information as well. I'm wondering if they'll add the other tickets at some point later on, after seeing how well these do of course. Always have to have a trial run first.

I already invest those alchemy fusion bundle.,
because not only are they rather cheap to make,
they sell for cheap, and the odds are that you will 1
item from it that costs more than the bundle itself.

Really? I haven't really done much with the fusion myself, aside from getting the scrolls. I have an interest in trying to complete the wing quests as well, eventually. These tickets may end up as one of my quests as well now.

I have a question.

When crafting an Alchemized EI, can it also work using the Alchemized EI to replace EI?

For example, if I want to craft Alchemized Reve Rouille, can it also work with the Alchemized Mizuchi's Jewel instead of the original Mizuchi's Jewel?

After all, most of the rare items, especially the EIs are very hard to obtain as well as being "none-existed" in the MP. sweatdrop

I have no idea honestly, I haven't ever crafted an EI with alchemy before.
Not only am I recently a level 10 alchemist (as of March) but I haven't seen any way to really profit from doing so and I didn't bother beyond that. My apologies for not being able to answer your question.
