Okay I started a guild on the 25th two months ago. Hoe do I go about getting members if there is not fourm for it? I can't just send invites to random people if I don't know what they are interested in. This is staarting to frustsrate me.

You could make a recruitment or advertisement thread here in the Charter and Barter Forum. Take a look around, there are already lots of similar threads in here :3
Or maybe make a banner and put it into you signature.
Also you could make your guild pretty with a nice layout to get people's interest.

That would be a good start to get more members, I think :3

Well, there are lots of banner shops and such in the personalized-graphics forum. You could go there and order a banner ^^

How do you delete a topic?

Click the topic and scroll down to the bottom of the page. There are 3 icons ..in the left corner, if I remember correctly. One is for locking the topic, one is for moving it to another place, and one is for deleting it.

Is there a way to allow regular members to edit their own posts? And I'm having a problem with polls as well, as a crew member I'm not even allowed to vote on them =

It IS allowed. The 'edit' button is visible for everybody above each post they submitted.
Well, polls have no option like 'allow only specific members to vote'. Every single user has a right to vote. If you are sure you haven't voted before (for old polls) or the poll hasn't ended yet (there is an option to hold a poll for a specific number of days), you'd better contact Gaia moderators to help you fix the problem.

Actually... nowhere. There is a special guild account where all donations go. The only purpose you can spend donated gold on is purchasing additional subforums (2,5k each) or send guild announcements. That's why most of the guilds use mules as guild bankers so that the gold is donated to banker's guild and can be spend on guild contests or so.

Yeah, I figured everyone should be able to vote and edit their own posts... but everyone one in my guild was having the problem with polls, and most people were having problems with editing. I heard from some other people that their guilds were having problems as well. But everything seems to be working now, must have been a little glitch.

Guild Categories

A GGN guild category can be changed at any time by the guild captain, even after the guild is created, by going into the moderator panel and choosing to edit the guild settings. Guild Categories are one of the few means a user has to search out a specific guild to join. Give them careful consideration, along with your guild title, since categories and keywords are what will enable others to find your guild.

The list below endeavors to give you some expanded definitions of the various categories available.

Category Definitions

• General - Hang out, talk about random stuff, etc.
  
• Discussion - Discuss general or specific things in a more structured manner... possibly similar to forums like General Discussion and Extended Discussion.
  
• Anime - Fan guilds for Anime shows and movies.
  
• Manga - Fan guilds for Manga books.
  
• Role-Playing - A general RP category for various types of role-play. Possibly also guilds that talk about roleplaying.
  
• Gaming - Based on video games, gaming systems, etc.
  
• Art - Drawing, animation, etc.
  
• Interest-based - A specific interest is targeted... this could be almost anything, from dating to religion, etc.
  
• Commerce - Usually role-play based around commerce such as cafe's, inns, bars, and other places of business.
  
• Spam - Unlimited polls, useless topics, spam spam spam!
  
• Political - Discussion, debate, etc.. revolving around politics.
  
• Military/Army - Usually role-play based around military, army, mercenary, or other similar organizations.
  
• Foreign Language - Primary communication in these is not english. Could be based around a specific language, or a specific area of the world.
  
• Entertainment - Interest groups based around movies, TV shows, magazines, etc.
  
• Breedables - Breedable pets roleplaying, sales, etc.
  
• Battle - Usually role-play based around tournaments, battle arenas, and other fighting areas.
  
• Music - Interest groups based around specific types of music or specific bands/artists.
  
• Regional - Interest groups based on location such as a state, city, country, etc.

Oh since it works properly now, it could have been caused by the Spring Cleaning. I hadn't noticed anything worrying in my guild, that's why I thought you would need some help from a mod. I hope you won't have any problems again.
