Hmmmm off the top of my head, no.
There are a lot of dragon, dog, furry type skins but no "bird" type skins.
There are some that change the shape of your avi into a chick.

My only other thought was the skins from Yama no Tamago look like they have a beak, but I think it's for a turtle?

Saw this guide and freaking loved it! I've been a huge fan of constantly using a skin + ear mod for YEARS! smile I call it an ' AB ' short for Artificial Base when you have a skin + ear mod (can also count eyes)!
