Say, I was wondering, do you edit every picture one at a time? Because, depending on the graphic editor you are using, it might be possible to edit multiple hairstyles in a single workfile, rename the layers individually as how you would like the files to be named and then use a script/actions to save every layer as pictures in a single click. It might looks like it's taking more time, but on the long term it would probably save you several clicks and even time smile

It would really depends on your graphic program. Personally, I simply use gimp and a script someone did smile Some graphic program like photoshop allows you to make your own set of actions and to save them too -- I didn't use it in a long time thought, so some research might be needed to check how to make it work.

Edit: Just checked and it seems to be literally built-in photoshop smile
