Shop Window Item Guide!

While shops have been a staple of the site since the beginning (with the first store, Barton Boutique), it was the shop revamp in 2009 that ultimately gave the shops their appearance that we know and recognize today. Along with adding a 'sort by' tab, a preview image where you could see only the item worn, and the ability to talk to NPCs, Gaia also added a new feature- Mannequins in the window where you could see a preview of some of the items in the shop!

Since a while back I saw a thread where someone was asking what items were displayed in the windows, I figured it would be fun to make a thread compiling all of the items on display. While I doubt the shops will be updated again (since the last update was 2012 with H&R Wesley), I figured I'd add this disclaimer as well- This is accurate as of 5/21/18, and while I'll try to keep it updated if anything DOES happen, I might not be on in time to update it when it does.

EXTRAS

-There are several display items that were never sold in the stores that they were displayed in. These are:

• MTV Handbag (displayed in La Victoire, sold in the now defunct Hollywood Hills)
  
• All items in Mecha Neko (aside from a few gold shop items, the items are from RIGs, La Victoire, or alchemy/zOMG craftables)
  
• Nitemare Chair (displayed in The Faktori, a rare drop from the gift boxes as well as the nightmare box
  
• Strawberry Margarita (was once in Gambino Outfitters, was moved to Buttercup Cafe with the rest of the food items
  
• Strawberry Cheesecake (in The Faktori, at the time the Buttercup Cafe was designed there were no wearable cake items available)

-None of the items displayed in La Victoire or Rococo's windows can actually be purchased from the stores, as all of them have long since been cycled out.
