The picture is misleading. That dress is the bolero from Crystal Millennium, but the bottom is the dress from Runcible Spoon Renewal.

Does anyone have any suggestions for an inexpensive big white bow I can use for my avi? I'm looking for one similar to Princess Serenity's dress in the Crystal anime.

I don't know how inexpensive you are looking for but here are a few suggestions and I tried to keep them as long as I could find.
These might not be as long as hers but the Opalite Millennium, Umber Cotton Mariposa (this one is a lot bigger than the Millennium items are but it doesn't have the long flowing tails on it and a bit more pricey), Determined Dragonslayer (the main part of the bow isn't really visible but it does have flowing tails on it).

There's also the White Butt Bow from Ruby's, but it's not as elegant. Same issue with the Astra back bow - there is a white one, but it's HUGE, rarely on the MP and usually expensive when it shows up since it's a rare drop from it's RIG and that it's not as elegant as the Millennium bows.

There seems to be a new Elysian Knight recolor in the tier. I used to love that item for the smile(?) as it can be rather neutral. But I'm not so sure how I feel about the two toned bangs.
