This allows the removal of some underwear off of legmods, similar to the effect risky crusade has on some leg mods.
It is much more simple than risky but it does NOT remove the bra off any bust items.

Hiya, ran into a combo that might be new, I hadn't seen/heard mention of this before anyway. It's sort of a legs-only half-powered Risky Crusade.
The basics is
Aureate Absolution gown + chestmod [ex: warning signs]
Important part seems to be the type of sleeve cutting often built into chestmods. So not all sleevecutting works ex: Apokalypsis and Wolfsbane works, Schoolboy's Style/Skin and Pearlina do not. [side link: Bewere guide sleeve-cutter appendix if you want to explore those] but for the main part the popular chestmods for nude avatars generally work, however this trick doesn't seem to cut any upper body layers like Risky Crusade does so Warning Signs might be the go-to for this combo.
So if it doesn't remove the tops how is it like Risky Crusade? That's in how it interacts with legmods. The glitch can do some of the Risky Crusade leg effects without the need to deal with Background/Sky Child cutter stuff [ex: Respectfully Looking, Love-in-Idleness] but it doesn't affect all legmods that Risky Crusade can [ex: Pound Princess, Watchful Konjo] however not cutting all the same layers as Risky Crusade does mean it can do things that Risky Crusade can't [ex: the Shake a Leg series: Confident/Portrait/Curious/Brave/Athletic/Spirited Legs].

Of course it does have the issue of completely or partially removes most legs, and when it's partial it's usually that it eats the skintone not clothes [ex: Divine Retribution, Sinister Sister] so to that end I suppose it offers some potential for making ghosts. But it seems like could find interesting ways to layer leftover bits from various legmods, and I do have an example item for this comment but I feel I should preface it with: do be careful with what you are capable of so to not run afoul of any rules [ex: used on Observe the Kraken it is possible to wear the tentacle with other legs].
Okay, dug around for a bit more and found a few other examples of bits: Sleepy Sprite and Special Somebunny can use their skirts with some other legs [Somebunny skirt/shorts are cute on Eye See U/The Thiccest Thighs and sort of possible even without the glitch, but cleaner with it]. Phantom Limbs leaves the shadow-monsters, Matrimony of Blood too but need to use Cheshire to remove the stockings and the underwear is not leaving so have to work around that. Niwamori can get little plants around ankle height. These are mostly to given an idea of what might be possible out there.
I suppose legmods with Bewere/Your Angel/Cheshire/SurgicalScissors may be a shortcut to finding many legmods that leave stuff behind, but not limited to them ex: Fragrant Fragment does not use cutter layers but smoke gets left behind with the glitch. But don't have any shortcuts to identify legs that work well with the cutter, or if it's really just the "Shake a Leg" legs and everything else just is Risky Crusade overlap.
Anyway that's what I've got on it as yet, but am unlikely to continue to pursue it much further at this time.

Rosamund's Revenge black thorn belt, it's worn as/replaces underwear but technically on a belt layer, and many chestmods [ex: Warning Signs] cut some belt layers, such as the one Rosamund uses.
