For some reason my media is not working on the editable profile but it works on the classic profile settings

You didn't add it to the New Profile, you are just adding it to the Old School Profile.

You didn't add it to the New Profile, you are just adding it to the Old School Profile.

crying ok now that I figured out what was going on with it not showing up now it wont let me edit my media I end up geting a error report and having to send it to Microsoft...

Um...I tried this earlier differently and it didn't work. Now I see how to do it.

But...I went to edit my account...and looked for the multimedia link. It wasn't there.

Can anyone help me with this?

I'm having the same problem.

It's a browser issue, trying using a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox.
