There's a 'how to' guide in the Gaia Community Discussion for the Love Charm II. I didn't get a chance to make a guide for that one, but at least someone got one up.

Depending on what "level" of character you get, the boys and girls drop the same things for the most part. Like if you happen to get Ciro or Kaede, they both are likely to drop a Bitter Porridge or a Chimi the Chihuahua. It's not whether it's a boy or a girl, it's based on the character level. Front page has listed characters in order based on lesser to better drops.

The differences in girl/boy drops is only because of what people did or did not report.
