I'd like to ask if it'd be possible to...

1. ...add an ABP column to the reverse marketplace's offers page?
It's... massively inconvenient and time consuming having to check each individual offer to see if its value is fair crying
Sometimes the offer even looks good, but you check the item's ABP and realize it's actually a massive lowball... I can imagine how many people fell for those emotion_facepalm
Is it something doable?


2. ...introduce a way for users to add their own quick links?
This isn't something too big or necessary, really. I find myself visiting the same few links often, so I was wondering if it'd be possible to have a way to access them faster. Even if it's just a sliding menu on the side and nothing strictly integrated into the site's UI, that'd already help a lot!
And it being personalized, I feel like it'd be of use for users who often visit the same pages/subforums/etc.


3. ...evenly align and space usernames and flairs?
This one's just a visual annoyance. With flairs having different sizes and all, i figure it'd be impossible to set any solid positions for them, but... maybe they can stay where they are and only the usernames would be moved?
What I'm thinking is to treat the flair's position as the base, then add a space between the username and the flair and make it so username vertically aligns on the middle in relation to the flair...?
I don't even know if the code allows for that, really, but maybe give this some thought? 🥺


4. ...have the [*table] function look in forums the same way they look in guilds?
This one is a non-issue, just a pet peeve. The table function looks beautiful in guild forum posts: it can be centered, has no ugly dotted lines... it's beautiful, really.
In the public forums, however, they look very... eh. Each box gets a dotted line and it forcibly aligns to the left.
If anything can be done about it, that'd be a dream 🥺 if not, that's fine too, that's absolutely nothing important ✌️

Gaia actually provides a Quick Links functionality. If you have the "old footer" disabled in your account settings GaiaUpgrade injects Gaia's Quick Links menu in the bottom left where it would be if the old footer was enabled. This makes it so that it keeps your quick links synchronized regardless of what device you use so long as you have GaiaUpgrade, or Gaia's "old footer" enabled.

For the other requests, we can take a look to see what we can do

I use the Get Item BBCode all the time!
I was wondering if you could add another box that had
both the linked item name and all the item poses. So when you clicked on the item poses it linked to the item. (I know its possible to do this by copying from two different boxes but for bulk guides this takes a lot of extra time.) Thanks for considering!

I feel like a bit of a goober for asking this, but it looks like Firefox doesn't have the little GU icon in the corner anymore. How do I adjust the settings on this?

ETA: It's now under the puzzle piece icon that notes where extensions are, rather than having its own.

You need to re-pin it. Right click on the icon and there should be an option to pin.

but the "examples" button isnt on every item, so it only ends up duplicating for the ones where it is actually there. its a bit confusing, and maybe there is a solution to stop the doubling of buttons?

when you are selling something, you get all the information that GU and gaia provides
but is it possible to add if there are any offers already listed on an item you are selling??

for example, if i was selling this item, i would have no way of knowing if there was an offer on it or not unless i open it in another tab/window to check. but when you are selling in bulk on the mp, you dont exactly want to do that for every item.... so a quick look to see if maybe we want to check the offer, by just having it like... there is "listings #" perhaps where the value % is, could instead be a "offers #" or at least alongside there or something?

i highly doubt this is an option, but seeing so many 1p offers on the mp is ....... obnoxious to say the least.
cant help it if i go to a marketplace listing itself and check the offers
but on the 'all offers' page and 'offers on items you own' is there any way on this page in particular to not show such offers?
i do know some 1p offers are legitimate but they are SO far and few between that when i check that page i get multiple pages of just 1p offers u_u
even if its an option of "show offers with a range of xplat - xplat" in our GU settings for on the marketplace section or something like that, i think it would be incredibly helpful.
i am not sure if it can be implemented but i thought i would ask at least!

o3o loooooove using the gu emotes, with the bearded + saxy emote packs, and the way you have things re-labeled in case any new packs come in --- are there any plans for any upcoming packs ?? ^o^

even if you cant do any of these, thanks for considering!

1) It's on our list of things to fix.

2) Unfortunately with the endpoint from which we retrieve market data from Gaia, offers data is not included. I've asked during an AtS in the past, but was ignored. I can ask again during the next AtS, but no promises.

3) I'm not sure I fully understand. Are you asking that when going to the offers page, if it's under a certain threshold remove the offer from the list? We can look into this, I'll discuss with Kloob about anything that might be useful regarding the offers feature.

4) We have a larger plan for how to expand emotes. It requires quite a bit of infrastructure stuff, but we've been doing a lot of juggling of GaiaUpgrade, the Gaia Tools site, and some other projects. For the Gaia Tools stuff, we've got some more things to address before any of it's ready for use by the community. However, the idea is to be able to expand emote packs, hence the prefix to prevent any naming collisions between them and Gaia itself.

i feel like i made the suggestion to lanzer when there was a thread up about feedback for the offer system, and he claimed he would work on it, but it mightve uh.... fallen through the cracks.
perhaps i can also take another crack at it and throw it into pre-ats

my suggestion was if possible: on the MP settings on the GU addon setting, maybe it can be like "only show offers of minimum ___plat" and then be able to input like "2p" then it would only show offers 2p+ or something like that??
[that is just a suggestion of how maybe it could be done, i am not sure if you are able to do it like that exactly, just spitballing a possible solution]
and again, i know it likely cannot work entirely site-wide on individual pages of each item, but if its at least on the offers page where you put it altogether of 'what are offers of items i own' then that would be super helpful.

sooooooo many offers are just 1p. i guess people want someone to not fully check and just sell anything off for 1p??? its an abuse of the system, and its just really obnoxious to see so many spams of 1p offers instead of legitimate offer on an item.
[however there is no way for native-gaia to change this system since... well people can offer what they want on items, and if they want to offer only 1p then theyre allowed to... but so many people just take advantage and id rather not have multiple pages of 1p on my offer list]

heya, not sure if im made a mistake but with GT enabled when i try to post a thread, after hitting submit, the body text is gone. ive tried looking through what feature could be doing this but couldnt figure anything out. is this a bug or am i doing something incorrectly?

It sounds like you might be using the beta text editor which isn't compatible with Gaia Upgrade. You can disable it by going to your Account Settings and uncheck the "New Text Editor" option.

feature request; organized quick links

i know someone requested about quick links, and that gaia already has that
but is it possible to somehow be able to re-organize the quick links list we have?
if i want to re-arrange what i have on my quick links, i have to remove them, then re-add them in a specific order

i put in the pre-ats about this feature to remind lanzer about it
and it was updated! surprised

so now it shows how many listings, offers, and even if its on a friends wishlist apparently

i really love the 'owned qty' information, but with the new gaia native update it seems you can remove the 'listings' detail
