Yup! It's about 95% compatible. Some features such as "Animated Avatars Fix" might make thread layout look a bit messy, so make sure not to enable that one. (From what I've heard).

Is it possible to put the post formats in the private messages as well, or am I missing a setting?
If it isn't could this be a future thing? The only thing I can use that will do that is Better Gaia, and this does a lot more than that, and they don't interact well together. :c

i see that, i just uncheck a few of the things i think might conflict like forum posts and stuff but its amazing
already gave it to my mom for her account too! good job!

hmm i do love it
but im stumped on how to deleted things from my wishlist
in the features it shows it still with the check marked and the owned/bought dropdown menu
but mine just shows all the icon tiles
