They're usually released once a month, mid-month (on the 15th). staff alert today said they had some delays and will get them out tomorrow.
Not too long ago they announced that they would be separating flared-up ticket releases from the main monthly Gaiapledge updates - so not sure what the new timeline will look like.
It's a shame tho, the usermade flairs are my fav
