For the people who wants to know how to get the One Winged Soldier, I have been informed from a friend that you do get that item from one of the victory. However he couldn't remember if it was from the normal or the ultimate. Looking at the price, I'd like to say that I think the item comes from the Ultimate victory. This is just a guess so its not 100% confirmed yet.
