blackout is a color scheme that consists of literally everything being solid black.
a few blackout items have some bloody parts on them but for the most part every part of the item is just black.
this is the same shade of black found in monochrome items (not off-black).
hairs will not be included because while there is black hair, they aren't really considered blackout.
