I really hoped the probelm would be fixed by now. I still can't open Google Chrome, Better Gaia causes it to crash every. single. time.
and this crappy version of IE doesn't let me get on tumblr and I can't update it because I'm running on Windows Vista.

I've noticed that uninstalling/reinstalling chrome seems to fix this. Make sure you disable BG once you reinstall chrome though, or else it will keep being annoying.

It doesn't fix it for me. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it twice and it still crashes. I don't have the oppurtunity to disable BG because chrome won't even stay running.

I'm having the same trouble, I couldn't even open Chrome because of it and so I did a sweep on the chrome system which turned it off and that seemed to fix it but everything is different and all of my forum posting styles are gone. I can't even find the little icon to take me to BG options anymore either.

Has anyone from the BetterGaia staff said anything about these issues yet? All I keep seeing is people posting their problems. Would be nice to see if the creators of BG even know what's happening, or if they might have some sort of time frame for the fixes.

Having the same issues as the other recent posts. Kinda upset that some of the features that I really liked have been removed, such as the white forum background, and moving the "quote, edit" buttons to the top of the post.

I've been using BetterGaia for a long time, and all of a sudden
my settings aren't registering on Gaia. Under the BG settings,
all the settings I had set before are the same as they were but
on GaiaOnline it shows the original BG settings. I can't figure
out how to fix it. It's never done this to me before.

Sorry about the problems, the update was meant to be pushed out to testers, and wasn't ready for the public yet.

For now I put the older version back, which should restore things to working condition. When we actually get the new update complete and it gets released, it should bring your former preferences with it.

Edit: If you guys could gather screenshots and details of your issues before you get rolled back, it would help a lot.

i had just uninstalled and reinstalled from the chrome store so maybe that was it too
