I just happened to stumble across this, and it's friggin' awesome. Everything looks so much better, all organized and color coded! I can definitely say, this updated system will stick with me forever!

I seem to be having some problems with BetterGaia in my Crome browser....

The menu at the bottom (with the contact us/about us/Help and other links doesn't seem to be working.

I seems like it is just an image with no links....

I don't know if you've already found it but if you look in the adress bar on the far right, you'll see the letters bg. Click it and a menu will open.

Are you using FireFox? This seems to be a known problem as the current version is 0.2011.9.10.
The update has been made for Chrome, however, FF users are all waiting for an update.

Best thing to do to see the time is to enable Forums Lite through Labs then wait for them to pop out an update to fix the problems.

I adore this add-on.
I loved it in FF & I was thrilled that is was for Chrome too!

I would looove to be able to auto-format my posts when I quick quote someone.
That would make this 100% perfect imo.

So, I know a while back they made a FireFox update to BG to accommodate the new forum coding that broke their layout, or something to that affect...and then FF deleted it after a few users got to download it and it hasn't been back up on the add-on site since. Is there any chance of the makers trying to put it back on the FF add-on page? I'd hate to have to resort to Chrome since it runs naturally slower on my computer for some reason...

I'm not sure if anyone else is having a similar problem as I am. But my Better Gaia isn't exactly...I guess I can say updating the right times. Like say I have a private message alert and I click on it. It brings me to my inbox and shows me messages from four hours ago instead of the private message I should have with the current time. I have to refresh the whole page in order to get current data. Same goes for all me threads, subscribed threads, and also while browsing forum lists and My Gaia notifications. I know this seems like a small problem but it is sort of annoying when roleplaying or waiting for answers. sweatdrop

Just started trying BetterGaia after hearing about it for so long. And I'm having a couple of issues that I could use help with.
1 - I'm not seeing time stamps on posts. Are they somewhere that I'm just not seeing, or is there a way to make them show up?
2- No avi's on the right side of the screen are showing up. This happens regardless of whether I have the screen centered or left-aligned. Any help with that would also be appreciated.

I love the idea of this, and if I can get those 2 things working, I'll continue to use it. But those things are quite important to me, so if I can't get it to work, I'll probably just uninstall BG.
