Here's an update on my puzzle skills. I have mastered the easy and almost normal. I still have yet to finish an insane....lol.Anyway, if anyone can tell me of some screenshots I can use, please do so.

I have only attempted one of these up to the time I posted this and, whew! Talk about nasty! Insane can range from 300 (number for Gaia Jigsaw) to well into the thousands. If you finish these in under an hour, my hat off to you.

For insane puzzles, don't focus a lot on the corner and edges and focus more and color and pattern piles. More often than not, they will part of the same area of the puzzle. Then, work putting them together before assemblying the whole puzzle.

If your doing these ones, you have a lot of time to work with, or you just want a lot of gold 4laugh . And so ends the puzzles explainations.

I did a puzzle on insane in less than 15 minutes.

With the insane puzzles, sometimes it is eaisier to find the same color edge pieces.

It may happen that someone doesn't realize they've gotten an item (I didn't, at first) because it shows text instead of the item's picture. (Unless my computer is just being odd.. it could be that it only shows text if it can't show a picture)

How much gold do you get for doing insane?

Sometimes I solve one puzzle in less time than other, in the same level, and I get more gold for the one takes me more time to solve it

I've heard people get over 900 on Insane. My personal record is 760 or something. The lowest I've ever gotten was about 250 from leaving the computer for two or three hours.

Become familiar with the puzzles. The more you do them, the more your mind will recognize the pieces, and the easier it will be to put them into their spot.

Change the background for a better contrast for the puzzle pieces. For instance, the light blue it opens on is the same color as a lot of the puzzles pieces!

With areas of the same color, look for the shapes of the pieces rather than their color. This is also helpful in muddly areas of color.

Hit shuffle now and then if you're looking for the corner pieces, or any specific area, it will shake up the stack for you.

And for heavens sake, if you NEED glasses, WEAR THEM. I can't see you at your computer wearing your "dorky old reading glasses", no one else can, so WEAR THEM!

You will get the puzzles done faster, you won't be having a headache, and you won't get nauseous.

Next time you're in to get glasses, pick out a pair that ISN'T dorky.

Insane puzzles are a lot easier to do if you do the same puzzle one hard first. And it's much much harder to do the ones that have a lot of the same color in them.

Some advice for you. Use the save button, often.
Especially if it's one of those days where Jigsaw loads slowly and the server disconnects a lot.
