Don't worry it's ok. Sure, I learned a lot from the alchemy guide I mentioned. First, it's recommended to switch Gaia currency from Platinum to Gold. This will make alchemy a lot cheaper from start to finish. It's great that you are doing cache formulas, those are the best formulas when leveling up in alchemy. Since it's always possible to get all the needed components by opening Philosopher's Caches, it's always possible to get enough components for each cache formula, and the components are usually much cheaper compared to non-cache formulas. I recommend having about 100 or more of each cache type (Sapphire, Emerald, Ruby, Aquamarine, etc.) in your inventory. Philosopher's Caches can be bought in The Bifrost store. If you buy and open at least 2000 Philosopher's Caches, you will get plenty of each cache type, and therefore you should be able to get all the needed components. No need to buy components in the Marketplace, when they're much cheaper, always available, and faster to get by opening caches. When making formulas, always make formulas that matches your current alchemy level for maximum experience per formula, because then you only need to make 10 formulas to level up. For example, if your alchemy level is 2, you only need to make 10 level 2 formulas to level up to level 3. Make 10 of the same formula for each level, so you only need to multiply the needed component amount by 10 when gathering them. And check if cache formulas on higher levels requires alchemy items made on lower levels. For example, each Moonstone (level 5 formula) requires 1 Bottled up Moonlight (level 1 formula), so if you already made the Bottled up Moonlights at level 1, and decide to make 10 Moonstones at level 5, you already have 10 of the needed Bottled up Moonlights, and only need to gather 100 (10 times 10) Smooth Whetstones (found in Sapphire caches), and 20 (2 times 10) Silver Tokens (found in Amethyst caches) to craft and complete each level 5 formula and reach level 6. I don't think it's impossible to get this achievement, but at the same time I think it's highly unlikely. I think the only thing that would bring it back was a sudden strong resurgence of knife club talk/jokes in a GCD thread.

To be honest, that achievement is always pretty randomly granted by it amy during events when she mention the words 'knife club'. The last time it was granted was during the Luminary Melee was back around the 14th of August 2020. Perhaps inquire with her nearing any event that involves fighting or talk of blades?

What I did to get my alchemy achievements was to work backwards through the levels to find components that would be used in later formulas.
4x Cephalopodian Artifact, 5 x Bottled up Moonlight, 5 x Bottled up Sunlight (level 1) the points from the 4 extra formulas add to the level next level.
4 x Frozen Time, 4 x Medusa’s Eyeball (level 2)
5 x Ectoplasm, 5 x Amphithere’s Hypnotic Eye (level 3)
10 x Red Mercury (level 4)
5 x Moonstone, 5 x Sunstone (level 5)
10 x Uranium Biscuits (level 6)
5 x Quantum Particle, 5 x Ankou’s Strand of White Hair, 5 x Ambrosia (level 7) the points from the 5 extra formulas add to the next level.
4 x Eldritch Horror Tentacle, 5 x Spice (level cool
5 x Dark Matter, 5 x Soul Crystals (level 9)
That should give you enough points to reach level 10. The majority of the other components crafted get used in later formulas (bottled up moonlight - moonstone - spice - dark matter).

My friend helped me get to level 10 using formulas with caches only. She told me about a thread called nothin’ but caches which has several formulas listed. Once there, she helped me craft an aria scuro. I feel I have to warn you- I opened over 10k caches to get enough gold caches. The formula calls for around 25 white inks (Durem Depot/Moira), a dark and light silky playright’s hair (go fusion). Note: you will need to craft formulas to create some of the components in the formula. I suggest asking Sylveonpokemon for her suggestions.
