I'm so bummed...it looks like there's no way to get the "garbage" or "trash" titles anymore huh? Says they're from "voting" in a 2016 event...

Sadly, yeah. The only other way would be to use an agate ticket. That or hope really hard that Trashcan runs again in the 2020 election and the devs decide to regrant the achievement to voters

What's an agate ticket?

A ticket that lets you create your own personalized achievement. It's expensive though. Not as expensive as most other tickets, but it's still up there
