Have you actually equipped and saved, or have you only looked at it in dressup? The hidden pose only works when your avatar is facing the right so it won't show up in the dressing room.

Mono the Skunk Plushie has a special walking pose in Towns and Towns 2, assuming the normal and scented poses. I'd assume that Cerise and Carmine do as well, although the Bebe skunks do not (that I've seen).

How to equip the pose: Equip the cat pose of Lovely Lucie and the Mood Bubble's 3rd pose together

What does the hidden pose do?: adds an item,modifies the eyes,etc. Creates a Can I Haz Cheezburger mood bubble
How to equip the pose: If you equip the hair poses from Rosamund's along with the Agape scissors, the hair changes color instead of being cut.
