FYI: I made an interestin' find on the bottom of the Lakes

My fishy friends,

It's your ol' pal Logan here! Jus' wanted to check in with ya after another long haul on water. You know how it is, sometimes the sea is a cruel mistress and keeps ya away for months at a time. But I have some news for you all...

I decided to do one final sweep to catch all the nasty predators that have been lurking on the bottom of yer precious fishing lakes. Jus' ran my nets across the lakes in one final pass, but I didn't find much of anything. As I was trying to pull up anchor to leave though, I realized I was stuck! I could not budge that anchor no matter what I tried. Let me tell you friends, that was about the most frustratin' experience I have ever had!

After 5 hours of pulling and tugging and using the wench, the anchor finally came loose. It had gotten caught on what appeared to be a big canvas sack. I hauled it on board to see what I had found - for all I knew, it could be a major treasure! I opened the bag and to my surprise, it was...a bunch of rusted metal covered in mud and algae. Not a great find hey?

I decided to take the metal to my friend Siskataya to clean up and recycle. As she was washing off the algae and mud, we began to see several oddly shaped items starting to emerge from the mire with what looked like the words "Dur....Tro....ber ..007" and "Port of Ga...phy..Sep...2007" on it. There were lots of these things! Siskataya screamed with delight, hugged me, grabbed the bag of items, and ran off. She told me to tell you all that she should have these cleaned, polished, and back to their rightful owners within 2 weeks. No idea what she was on about, she can be kind of flaky, but she she seemed really excited, and said you would be excited too.

Just in time for the holidays! Here are your September - December 2007 Fishing trophy Winners. The list may not be perfect, but it is the best I can do with what I have. My apologies for the delay in getting this resolved - it took a lot longer than anticipated due to residual issues.
