For reference pictures, you could try under the Gaia Plot: What's Been Going On thread (stickied in the GCD). They have the avatar form of Gambino or you can look at the manga of when he goes crazy. The pictures aren't the best, but you can get a general idea from them.

Oh, and does anyone know a website which I can upload a picture to and it not turn out huge. I actually took the time to draw a picture for this week, but when I uploaded it to photobucket it was huge. So I was hoping that someone knew a way to make it smaller.
