And the Divine Comedy sounds really interesting. I had been wondering about the Gluttony part. But "Infernal" and then "Inferno" I wonder what's coming up next? Sounds very interesting though xd

'Infernal' is just the adjective of inferno which means blazing fire or hell.

The divine comedy's related to hell, aka hell spirit. Makes perfect sense.

I think the Charm is from Africa too. Gem2niki said something about the mask being based off of an African tribes ceremonial mask, but couldn't remember what it was called.

The Jinxi's style is all about tribal Africa O.o

Africa is the continent where there are still many people who *actually believe* in voodoo, where it's part of their culture ffs. It's where the concept of voodoo comes from.

Example: everyone's nice to each other, because if they're not, they fear someone might give them 'the evil eye' or harm them otherwise through voodoo. result: people regulate their own society.
This goes as far as that they actually fall ill and be prone to accidents when they believe they've been 'cursed'.

The feather thing going on is also very reminiscent of certain tribal styles and shamanism. Heck, it *is* about a shaman.

The theory about the Infernal Spirit makes me want to read The Divine Comedy again. Just for curiosity's sake, is there anyone who's read beyond the Hell part? I sure haven't sweatdrop

I've finished Dante's Inferno.. but it was more than ten years now... a good trilogy if i may say so myself ^_^ must search for it in my attic
