You know what other item I'd have edited? Hermes' Moon. All of the poses were great, until all of the scarves started to look exactly the same. I would've made the scarf the last thing before the cape and have had a mantle (I'm thinking golden Velvet Mantle here) after the sashes. I'd also have made the Luxuriae Rays a bit more visible. That's really all I'd change from it. Otherwise, I loved it!

YAY! I worked really hard on it! I'm glad the Death Whisper had the bloody tears. I was so happy when I first saw it. I've been thinking of entering it into the avi arena, but I have no good description...

I just thought of something, do artists for the EIs and Admin subscribe to the EI threads to see if there are any good ideas or something?

Actually, the official Alruna's Rose thread had the designer for the Alruna's Rose visit and look at their ideas. I remember, every one of those poses was suggested. The whip, the chains, the outfits, the wings, and being Alruna herself. They were all in the thread. Weird, eh?

It's wayyyyy too close to his.

I think that this next phase should tell us whether or not they were jipping off his ideas. rolleyes

Oh, I see that thread! The back wings was a great idea, as well as the slave chains; I love bondage equipment, just not, you know, actually being in the act of bondage.

Anywhoositwhatsit, I really do think (and hope!) that someone saw my Lepidoprism Leaf idea; I just hope they end up saying "Thanks to XxLoveLikewinter13xX for the inspiration for the Coocoon" or something, 'cause, well, I did think long and hard about that darn little butterfly. I mean, I really wouldn't mind if they "took" my ideas (I couldn't think of an appropriate word, since the whole point of putting it in a thread was for an artist to create it into an actual EI); actually I'd be thrilled, but recognition would be nice, you know? Does that make me sound greedy or selfish?

Let's hope the long time that has taken for the Coocoon to evolve is because the artist is working hard to make sure the poses are top-notch!

Hello posters of the Evolving Items Predictions thread. =)

I'm currently pondering the idea of buying a first generation evolving item from the market. Right now I can only afford either the Gro-Gain or the Coocoon. Out of these two items which one do you think will turn out. . . nicer (not sure what word to use). I guess what I'm asking is in your opinion which item should I get? I just thought that since this was the evolving items predictions thread that this would be an appropriate place to ask.

Of coarse you don't have to give your input.

On another note, did anyone notice that the Coocoon is spelled incorrectly or at least that's what dictionary.com has led me to believe. Could this just be Gaia's way of making the item there own (it is a pretty plain name for an EI) or could it be some sort of clue (I have no clue how I would back this theory up, other than "it means "coo"ing like a dove or pigeon).

Oh, and Winter, I saw your one thread about the idea for the Lepidoprism Leaf evolving item. I love the drawing of the first stage. It's really pretty. =) If they are some how using your idea they really should have kept the two leaves with the web in the middle design.
