Woo I got my chapter in! I think I officially participated as much as possible while living with a horrible assignment!

Did you have to write about something specific?

Well you had to continue the story of Little D and I did it fairly linearly, I think. I didn't look at anyone else's work before I wrote mine, in fact I wrote my song first while I was out on the train. I think you were encouraged to write something absurd, which was fun ^^ I love absurd. I'm not fantastic at it, but sometimes writing stuff that has to make sense gets you down, of course, even in my absurdity, it does make sense to me.

Oh no I have a horrible assessment. It's like one of those homework assignments where you only have three questions (sweet) but all the questions have subquestions and the subquestions have subquestions and nobody showed you exactly how to do what they want and they're trying to trick you with made-up terms that make no sense because they took two different terms they explained to you and stuck them together to make gibberish (like a fantasy author except they usually have a good reason). And now I just have to do the group work, which would be nicer if we were actually studying in person but we are not and everyone goes at their own pace choosing their own subjects so... I'm the first one to be ready for group work, it seems.

The chapter was really fun and a good treat for me to do since I did the horrible solo portion of my assessments.

Reminds me of a history assignment I had once where the teacher broke us into groups of four, and each person in the group was responsible for part of the overall assignment, but he failed to properly explain that all the students who had part A, for example, were expected to work together and break the assignment down farther. Instead, we were all trying to do our portions on our own and people's parents complained that it was too difficult, so he decided to make it extra credit. Just my luck, because I'd actually finished my portion...

Lol that's horrible. I mean, all you can do is laugh because otherwise you'd explode.

With this, there is just so much volume of work, an overwhelming amount of it. Assessment 1 was pretty much, yeah, handles questions on all the coursework, you would have been able to know I understood it based on the first assessment alone. Then there was Assessment 2 which is tedious 'come up with this procedure' even though we have no original procedure to go off of. And Assessment 3 is just more of Assessment 2 except more group work. I don't think they checked the assessment to see if it was even doable for external students, but, of course, actually checking to make sure assignments make sense? Who on earth would think that was a great idea lol.

At least you got extra credit? We don't have extra credit here.

That's kind of an interesting question. I mean, what does keep a pokemon from just running off the first time it gets out again?

I mean...I would think their soul is bound? Keeping them from going too far? Then again there are all those mini movies of like pokemon going on these adventures probably miles from their owners...and some can't actually be inside the pokeballs because they hate it. So....yeah maybe some kind of soul binding. There are some that can still fight against their master...I think Ash had that issue with um....the dragon? I don't know all their names. Hm. So maybe to get free....the ball would have to be destroyed? But....if their soul is bound...would that kill them?

Pokémon can definitely be released, and I think destroying the Pokéball would work. I've used that in a Pokémon RP before, at least. X3
