It looks like he's giving out the Loony Hatter so I'm more than willing to bet that he's also what gives out Niji. But I could be wrong, there might be some sort of "ultimate" victory that grants Niji instead.

Yeah, I really do hope it comes down, it'd be awesome to see the kind of avatars people can make with the items (and maybe I'd be able to snag one myself, bwahaha!). I didn't find the Inky Wisp to be worth the price tag. It's gorgeous, yes, but those sleeves look mighty strange and bulky. The dress is fantastic though.

A female version of an Ao no Exorcist character. Originally the character is male, but there's an artist on Pixiv who draws a female counterpart and I think she's really pretty. I"m not sure whether she's a gender bend or something else, but I like the way she looks regardless.
