I assume it is from the PNT-BKT thing, nobody has reported it but the rig pet always comes from the person with the best victory.

is it a big chance to get The Loony Hatter from one playing from PNT-BKT??

The chances would be so slim to win a Loony Hatter from playing. sweatdrop As you can see from all the plays everyone has posted, there's only been 4 out of 627 plays, (you should look at this result if you are buying the single and opening it, not if you are buying a victory) As you can see, really, really bad odds if you look at it that way.

Of course your odds will be higher if you buy a PNT-BKT victory thingy, but still I would suggest against going this route either because it cost so much and there's not guarantee you'll win one. It would still be 4 out of 112, about a 3.6% you'll get a Loony Hatter, those are not the best of odds either. You're more likely to get one of the more frequent appearing items than an item such as the Loony Hatter.
