Perfect Pick and Gatcha Token update!

Hi y'all!

We will be merging the Perfect Pick and Gatcha Token so they can be redeemed for the same items! If you have these items in your inventory the item itself will not change, only the rules are being updated.

User Color Scheme Adoption Clarification

Hi y'all!

We wanted to clarify some recent questions about user color scheme adoption, specifically if Gaia makes items in the scheme as well.

• A scheme needs 10 "points" to be adopted. A Rainbow/Sapphire/Prism/Rainbow Paw is 1 point. A Rainbow Parcel/Diamond Tier is 2.
  
• If Gaia uses a scheme before it has hit the tie-dye list that doesn't guarantee adoption. The Gaia-made recolor does not count towards adoption. At this time we do not plan to add any user-made schemes that do not have 10 "points" to the tie-dye list.
  
• Gaia's use of a scheme will be at our discretion, whether on the tie-dye list or not. A scheme making Tie-Dye does not guarantee Gaia-made recolors.

If you have questions about your specific scheme's count you can email in and ask! We keep a running total as orders are accepted. If the number we have seems wrong we can recount to make sure!

Project Custom Clarifications and Reminders!

Hi y'all!

Firstly, we will be making some clarification to the free recolors that some tickets get if they sell out in the cash shop. This will be the policy going forward, there will be no retroactive item updates.

The following update will be given to Silver Scissors and Moonstone:

BONUS: If the item sells out before the end of the 1-week time period, it will receive a free recolor (via rainbow ticket rules) and you will have the ability to request the color scheme and be compensated with 10 copies of the recolored item! (Maximum one recolor iteration). The recolor will be available for purchase in La Victoire as well.

For Mini Me/Verge/Platinum doll poses we have a set pose name format. These will not be changed. The Platinum can request a specific pose name for the 3rd pose.

We also wish to extend the following reminders about Project Flaired Up orders:

• Flaired Up tickets are inspired by the prompt given to the artist. We do not accept mocks, and if mocks are sent they will not be followed. We allow inspiration images which will be used to guide the flair, however we cannot guarantee a flair being exactly like an image.
  
• Prompts should be 50 words or less.
  
• Flairs are very small images. Requests for extremely detailed flairs will be simplified as needed.
  
• Animations are at the artist's discretion. Requests for animation are not passed along.

Please keep this in mind when submitting your order.

When you submit your order you agree to the ticket's rules. Going forward:

• Animation requests will continue to be left off the order.
  
• If the prompt is too long or the images are mocks your order will be returned to be updated.
  
• There will be no further warnings about simplification of requests. This is included in the rules that have been agreed to.

Beyond this, if you are submitting for a parody/reference flair we would like to remind you of the following section of the FAQ:

Project Recolor Clarification Updates!

There are a few points we need to update in Project Recolor!

The following will be updated:

There is really no restriction in regards to "schemes", but rather color placements. All recolor color placements must be the same as the original item. Each item is broken up into poses, and within each pose, each color can be replaced with another solid color or two-color gradient.

gaia_angelleft Are there any exceptions to this color placement rule?
Yes! If the past we would let users emulate separations by using a gradient. In most of these cases, an actual separation can be made. For example, if the original version of the item is a pose that is black pants and black shoes, we will allow for the shoes to be a different color from the pants.

We are also being more lenient on color placements when it comes to items that are entirely one color (ex. Glass Dream, Between Sea and Sky).

Very often, the exceptions will vary from item to item. If you want to know about a specific item, please e-mail us and we'll help you out!

gaia_angelleft How can I put multiple colors on a color block?
For most of our tickets a color block can be two colors either by gradient/ombre or clear separation. These cannot be combined, it can only be one or the other.

A clear separation can by seen on an item where there is an actual outline that can be followed. If you are unclear if the line is clear please email in and ask!

Individual tickets may have other rules that outrank this information. Make sure to read the specific ticket you are submitting for!

We will be adding the following to the FAQ regarding Tie-Dye adoption:

gaia_angelleft Gaia used a user scheme in a recolor! Does that mean the scheme is adopted?
If a Gaia-made item comes out in a user scheme it isn't necessarily adopted for the Tie-Dye list. These items do not count toward the scheme count, only ticket submissions count.

Gaia's use of schemes remains at staff discretion. Usermade schemes, whether adopted or not, may or may not receive Gaia-made recolors.

In addition, we have updates to the Double Rainbow family of tickets.
