Topic Promotion is fixed

The topic promotion feature is finally fixed. Those who promoted a topic for the past 2 weeks should receive a refund shortly.

The Runway museum for contests older than March had been fixed, and the media/youtube window on profiles had been updated to HTML5 and the video size should properly match the window size moving forward.

Billing Support

Hi there,

We almost have the Help Desk back online, but until then we wanted to provide you with a way to contact us to resolve Billing issues.

Project Custom Parodies Rule Update

After some long discussions, we are able to bring you some changes to the recent rule update regarding Project Custom and parodies.
Parody items will be allowed again however the design needs to be altered 50-60% from the source material.
Designs are also welcome to be inspired by source material rather than a direct parody.

All submitted materials are still subject to our approval. We are happy to work with you to finalize a design that is acceptable!

Zendesk Help Center is back!

Sorry for the very long delay in getting things working again, but the Help Center is back online! All prior tickets and responses have been saved so you do not need to worry about any information being lost.

We will be getting to tickets A.S.A.P., but with taking care of the old tickets and the tickets that will be submitted due to issues since being down please understand there may be a slight delay in responding. But rest assured we will be getting to your issue as soon as possible.

For any Billing issue, we will be honoring any deals or coupons that were going on at the time of purchase. Please make sure to include the deal you believe was going on at the time, if there was a coupon used, and the time you made the purchase and we can resolve it for you!

Tuesday bug fixes

Recent visitors window in profile is fixed, please visit your profile settings page to enable this feature if you had setup this window.

Item search for "All Gaia Items" within inventory will now display paw items, but only if your avatar base is currently a paw based avatar.

Gaia will be at San Diego Comic Con again this year!

The Official Gaia Online Panel will be held Saturday, 7/20/19, from 7:30p.m. - 8:30p.m., Room: 24ABC

Project Flaired Up Ticket Changes

Hello!

I am here to bring some exciting updates to the Project Flaired Up Ticket!

• You will receive two different versions of your flair instead of one: one animated version and one static version. You will get 15 copies of each.
  
• The static version is the one that will be made available in the monthly Pledge Update.
  
• The animated version is a special, rare version just for you. It may be re-released in the future, but the specifics are at our discretion.
