I'd say Boy, because that guy that's an angel gives out the best items.

Kaede and Ciro give out the same items
because they're on the same rarity level.

I got them both and they give out pretty good items (when you win). In the thread that gives you the answers to the questions, it also says who gives out what. Right now Ciro is in the lead with more items known.
