Hey, why don't we fill up the (unofficial)wikipedia pages?

Is that the wiki that "cleaned up" the NPC articles by wiping out the old content and replacing them with placeholder templates, which remained for literally years?

Because if so, that's a big part of why I'm not interested in contributing. You can't be wiping out content before you're updating it, that's no way to run a wiki.

Also not a big fan of Wikia wikis in general.

Yeah, dump and run with the templates is not very good. But at least you can go back in the history to retrieve the information.

If they put all those articles in a category eg "stub" that'd make things a lot easier.

A wiki of any type requires good admin staff who are experienced with running it.

Gaiapedia is the one that has that. The storyline wikia is the one I work with and it's newer.

Shall and I are more or less info-mining and dumping content when we have the time to. She's covering the Zurg and I'm covering Gambino.

We're doing our best to get everything on as precise as we can. I'm gonna be honest though, we're still a baby wiki and we're lacking stuff like a style guide and sophisticated templates, but we're definitely not out to skimp on any content. We just want to get everything archived as best as it possibly can be without a lot of BS.
