It depends on how well you'd like to press your luck.
In some cases, Getting a Victory can get you good items(such as; Gaia-Tan)
& in other cases like Khrys_Zolari, you can get not so good items(such as; Black Album).

i have 400k to spend, my friend told me to buy victory (i can get 5 , @80k), or buy gee boi bundle (270+ 1 victory) there 40k rest...
