As far as i know, there are seven rare events and they stack up something like:

Rare 3 = Questionable Panel
Rare 6 = Rare Doujinshi
Rare 5 = Rare Figure
Rare 7 = Rare Art Book
Rare 4 = Gaia Panel
Rare 1 = Karaoke Cordell
Rare 2 = Comission

I got the Lovely Lady Soldier Wasabi on a Rare event. I skipped 2 rare events before I understood the game.

You can skip events? I thought this game was straight forward, with no options but to press a and b randomly throughout. I just bought a bundle and I would like to know all I can about it before playing. When I press an arrow that stops a game, but can I pause one to play later or must I wait for the save point? In that case how long does it usually take, of game play, before finding a save point, and how many are there in a game?

The tips are pretty much to pay attention to what scene you're on. It's a RIG, so just playing doesn't mean you'll get to a rare event, but paying attention to what scene you're on and knowing which ones are rare will definitely help you out when you come across them.

The arrows stop the scene.

The buttons keep the adventure going.

At any time other than Victory!

Pressing the arrow keys stops your progress.

Otherwise, pressing A or B will continue on your adventure, whether it's a rare scene or not.

So if I get a rare scene I don't have to click the arrow keys to collect the rare item? Sorry for being so paranoid, but I don't want to ruin my chances ><
