I just had this memory pop up out of nowhere. It was way back in the plot's heyday, and someone was talking about the Gambinos, and at one point described something -- the tower, probably -- as "ginormous (no pun intended)". I remember it took me a moment or two to get it. xd

Yesterday night there was 2 UFO ship was makeing nagivete area that make you spamp 3 words it was found at barton 1 the midtle part go to it now if you want to see if not it must been a rare event.

I heard there were some sort of sponsor-based NPCs appearing in towns...maybe it's just part of that? We're not exactly approaching a holiday, after all.

Not sure what it means that the GCD doesn't seem to have caught onto whatever this is.

Towns has tons of exploits and people have been generating all sorts of images and avatars in it for years, so I'm afraid that any UFOs you've seen are the result of that and not actual plot.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's been stated many times that any user-inclusive event like the Zurg wouldn't be happening again just because of the mess and the butthurt and again the mess. Things got really out of control really fast and, fun as it was, it is actually really difficult to explain to those who weren't there and doesn't fit with the rest of the plot at all (not that it's been coherent otherwise, but... well you know). Bummer, but yeah. :c

H2k10 was inclusive, though one could argue it isn't the same thing. I don't really know much about H2k6, but I do know it was the only time specific users were made canon. I have the feeling there were other major differences though, else they wouldn't have tried again, right? If anything, H2k10 was more like H2k4 and X2k5. Although I don't know much about X2k5 either. And dear god all these numbers and letters.

...I like inclusive events. Getting to take part in one helped me to finally realize why I love acting: the feeling that I'm part of a story, that I have a role (no matter how negligible) in a world of fiction, is one of the best feelings I've ever encountered. I've always loved that feeling, but never managed to put my finger on it. [/tangent]

Hard to say. Gaia's promised us Easter events as usual, so they'd have to gear up for those, and there's that new EI that Reaper (I presume from the style/theme) is drawing for.

It would be nice, though.
