They're trying really hard to convince us. I swear they read this thread in order to write Gino's dialogue. xp It has me worried. I'm certain that they aren't planning to bring him back. Which doesn't mean too much when you consider they weren't planning to bring him back last time either, but as I heard it, that change of plans was largely at VO's insistence. Maybe that's what's "different". I'm just...unnerved by that scene. I get the strong feeling they're addressing us, or at least the arguments we and his other supporters use, as directly as they can. And I really want to think it's just a vain attempt to get us complacent. I'm trying hard to believe that. There'll be something, right? Something will change. It has to.

as long as he was alive Gino was never going to realize that he is his own man and that he does not have to let his life be run by this man who was barely even a father to him.

Gino is all supersrsBAMF and plays a big part in saving the day
or at least if he doesn't end up being crucial he's sure grown a LOT
and he comes out totally rad on the other side

and Gino's all like "I DO WHAT I WANT, [STRIKE[THORDAD!"

I am especially enjoying the artwork on our current manga with Gino and Edmund. Gino's poses are breathtaking -- sensitive and introspective, until he shows his explosive emotion.

And Edmund -- wise, sharp, sturdy, decisive. . . . But everyone thinks they know what is good for Gino, including Edmund. Save Gino . . . from himself?

I'm loving this plot development. Some of the best artwork and writing to date. *hugs* dee

A-am I one of the only people who prefer Reapersun to Saka in terms of the comic art? :c I'm not saying to make Reaper draw all the things because I like having her in the Sherlock fandom drawing all the things there inste-- I mean, making cool items and other neat things, besides being stuck with all the art, uhm, yes totally what I mean, but... Well. IDK brah, Saka draws well, but her poses and lines don't seem to have as much energy as Reaper's. Doc and I was just commenting last night that Edmund's poses, while nice looking (dat a**), are so... Static? Generic?
